Friend was having a Party here which I made it on time. It was raining đ§ïž people were in line and the owner comes out and says private party,, weâre at capacity $100.. I said even if youâre here for a party & showed him the invitation. He said $100 but youâre at capacity Sir I need to call the fire Marshals thatâs not safe at all . Then your price gouging. NEVER AGAIN. !

When me and my friends walk up to go in the owner came out and said we over capacity but if you want to get in itâs $100. No sir we will not be paying that much have a wonderful night. The vibes at this place were honestly amazing. The DJ was on point, great music, a perfect mix of current hits and classics that had everyone dancing and enjoying themselves. Itâs definitely a great spot if youâre looking for good energy, strong drinks, and a fun atmosphere.
However, I canât recommend it for the food. We ordered chicken and waffles, wings, and fries and never received any of it. We waited over three hours, constantly asked about our order, and were repeatedly told it was coming, only to realize it was never actually being prepared. They did offer us a round of shots for the inconvenience, but that really didnât make up for the fact that we waited all night without food in our stomachs.
What made it worse was the lack of accountability. There was only one waitress trying to handle the entire restaurant, and when we tried to speak to the manager, he literally shrugged and walked away instead of trying to help. Meanwhile, we saw people who ordered after us get their food without issue.
We ultimately had to walk across the street for food after our time there. Additionally on the event posting it advertised $25 bottomless mimosas, but when we paid to leave, I was charged $35. Please be weary and check your receipts.
Itâs unfortunate because the place has so much potential, but the disorganization and lack of customer care ruined what couldâve been a great night. Come for the vibes and drinksjust eat beforehand.

This place has an event on Eventbrite called NFL Sundays at The Dime so my wife and I decided to travel from the Loop to check them out. Unfortunately they donât have the Sunday Ticket package so only prime time and locally televised games are shown. Staff was friendly with recommendations of other bars but giving one star due to the false advertisement by mentioning âcatch your favorite team hereâ

The service was terrible and the food was even worse! The 50 dollar tower is filled with ice no flavors were available but the regular margarita flavor. We were pressed to leave at least 3 credit cards and IDs with the server as if we were gonna take off and run before the food even arrived! I really donât know why she needed 2 cards it was only 11 of us. Yes I did read reviews before I came and there were good and bad reviews this restaurant was also recommended to me but my recommendation is to never come back if you want flavorful food and tasty drinks that actually taste like your drinking a drink and not juice and ice this is definitely not the place!!!!

Due to the fact that i took an uber across town for this restaurant to be CLOSED is a huge disappointment. This is the 2nd time I booked here & its been closed so I guess their closed down but it still says their in business & taking reservations

July 2023 The assistant manager did not honor a discount card that I received from my apartment building. Her attitude was very unpleasant and unwelcoming. On this day my friend and I spent over $300 in this establishment to be treated in such an ugly way. It would highly be suggested that she is trained on her customer service.

Went in with 8 people with a reservation. Bouncer said we couldnât get in because my friend had Air Force 1s all white even though my fiancĂ© had all white Jordanâs on. Then theyâll let you book tables even on days theyâre rented out. Get it together.
