Bartender was rude and we never got our drinks. Owner was super drunk and was just rambling at me about nonsense, then he passed out in front of the bar and actually wet his pants.

Stopped in to have a drink and the owner was very rude and said he got over on Bar rescue and didn't want southern people in his bar. Made fun of my prosthetic leg and called me a clown

All I had to do was watch bar rescue to know the conditions here. I recommend it.

Visited each floor in this bar. This is a great place in a great location. The bartender name Danny was amazing. We sat at the bar she worked for about 3 hours. My wife and I watched as she handled huge crowds ,alone, with a smile on her face and no complaints. After experiencing each bartender that worked that day, Danny was by far the best. When we returned after the game, the bartenders and the guy behind the bar who I assume is the owner, seemed a bit out of it or drunk. Yet, Danny was still there, same attitude, same smile. If she isn't the supervisor of this establishment, she definitely should be. The down side was the younger girl that worked the rooftop. She had no clue how to make simple drinks and her attitude was gross. I didn't catch her name but we called her Dora the Explorer.

Not gonna lie, the atmosphere is great. Love the Chicago vibe of this bar. Unfortunately, there is a bartender in the basement who was completely incompetent and disrespectful. A friend of mine was charged $30 when his beers were only $18.50–a small issue. When brought up to the aforementioned bartender, she responded with hostility. She said it was not her fault, that there was not a manager present, and that clearly my friend was the problem and ordered too much (check the cameras on 8.4.25 at 10:00pm for a long haired blonde man and brunette man with a cubs hat on siting closest to the door who ordered two michelob ultras)—which was not true. She chose to respond by refusing service and threatening to kick us out—disappointing. I would love to return to this bar, however the basement bartender was (seemingly) highly determined to make sure that never happened. 3/10. Be better.

Please check the footage.

got double charged for two drinks and tried to resolve the issue with the basement bartender who intentionally ignored me. then promptly told me it was not her issue and refused to get a manager. the upstairs bar righted her wrongs though, 10/10 to the tatted blonde bartender.basement bartender should not be in customer service, as a bartender myself.

Anybody who could give this place 5 stars has no clue just like Dave the landlord / owner of this establishment. Dave has an alcohol issue and no bar is going to be decent until he addresses his problem. I would suggest any staff there to look for new jobs as Chicago has plenty of bars that could use decent people.

The atmosphere is fun at times but I saw this bar on bar rescue the owner would drink at work and his staff left him I didn't feel like I should eat there after watching the episode and it was inappropriate what I saw on the show I get the whole white Sox cubs rivalry but I don't want to eat here after seeing the episode jon taffer remodeled the whole bar and the owner came in drunk and the staff chose to quit and he could be making all the money during the cubs season but his ways were not making jon taffer happy and I cannot believe how excited middle aged people still get over alcohol and start trouble on occasion and when this behavior happens I leave and go home I lived in chicago and moved and am just looking for a nice bar to relax I get its a bar people may have too much to drink but that's when things happen like drama and I just mind my own business and avoid the situation or just find a different place to go

This place is lame don’t come here !
After I came here and spent the morning at the parade and drink at the bar. The afternoon I asked for some water after spending $200 at the bar and they charge me four dollars for tap water. This is Horrible Customer Service. Don’t recommend coming to this bar. Especially with Angie the bartender. She gave horrible customer service.

Stopped in for one, heard drinks were cheap and now I know why. Awful management and ruined the bar for sure. Owner (I think??) was drinking in front of clients, behind bar, and outside. Kept scowling at us and everyone who walked in. Would not recommend this place even as a last resort.

Heard about bar rescue, and no wonder they gave up on the owner... Definitely worth giving money to another bar who respects you as customers and wants to run a successful business

Went here for the rooftop good view but my night was soured by a regular who said he could get me kicked out. Im not sure what I did but he told the bartender not to serve me and proceeded to smoke a cigarette and blow it in my face! Keep in mind i was on my second drink of the night. Anyways as much as id love to recommend this place that really ruined my experience.
