I came in over this past weekend. To start it off They were out of almost everything I wanted to try. The egg rolls are 5 dollars and don’t come with a dipping sauce smh. Didn’t matter too much they were out of most of those as well. I ordered 7 egg rolls, 1 dessert egg roll (caramel cake) and the mini banana pudding egg rolls and 2 slices of cake. The amount of disappointment that I have. The corned beef tasted old. The southwest just plain nasty and the others idk because I didn’t even attempt to try them. The banana pudding egg rolls had no filling and were chewy and again we didn’t even try to the caramel cake The best part were the actual cakes. The gentleman who rang me up was nice enough but I will not be returning.

I went today for the first time and I ordered 2 shrimp egg rolls and I would've never served burnt eggrolls plus I tried a piece from the inside and it had no taste.

My food was terrible. It tasted old. I want a refund. They didn’t have the kind I wanted they were all out so I tried the Italian beef ones.
I came all the way from the south side to go to the restaurant that’s supposedly called “The Egg Roll Factory.” Yet they had no egg rolls? I asked for four different types of Egg Rolls and they didn’t have any of them, I definitely will not be coming back here, the trip here wasted my gas and my time.

I ordered from here Monday. I forgot to leave my review. I am so upset with this place. First off, the egg rolls are five dollars a piece so there's no way they should have been as horrible as they were. I ordered 4 egg rolls, the Jerk Chicken, Salmon Creamy Spinach, the Jerk Salmon with Rice, and the Philly Steak. The Philly Steak and Jerk Salmon was bland no flavor... Y'all I don't know what that Jerk Chicken was supposed to be but it wasn't Jerk nor Chicken. It tasted old and damn near spoil.. It was almost like they refried it. I was pissed. Im glad I tried it last... I had to spit it out and throw it away. Thank God I stopped my son from eating it. The only one that tasted like something was the Salmon Creamy Spinach. I had them when they had the Truck on CP and it was way better...

The food was tasty! Only real complaint was the egg roll sizes varied based on what you ordered We ordered the buffalo chicken, jerk chicken and jerk shrimp and Italian beef egg rolls and a bowl. The bowl was huge with great portions, but the egg rolls were all different sizes so you kinda feel like you are missing out. Overall very nice place and atmosphere
