Stopped by The Egg Roll Factory for lunch today. Grabbed a 2-meat rice bowl with shrimp and chicken—solid choice, though a bit on the pricier side at $16.64. The shrimp was seasoned well, but the chicken could’ve used a bit more flavor. Fries were crispy, but the Cajun seasoning didn’t pack the punch I was hoping for. Service was friendly, and the vibe was chill. Worth a try if you're in the area, but not sure I'd make it a regular stop.

The food is nasty as hell. The rolls were fired in dirty grease and they were unevenly rolled. The taste was edible if youre hungry but it’s a waste of $5. DONT GO THERE

This was my first time here and the first look at the egg roll was a waste of my 15mins wait.. I was trying it because it was black owned but ugh just discussing the taste was nasty. It taste like bad water that need a a filter and the steak was gummy. Then they have a no refund just exchange that should have told me it was going to be nasty!!!

Ordered a 2-meat rice bowl with steak and shrimp and a buffalo chicken egg roll. The egg roll was decent, but the rice bowl was underwhelming—steak was chewy, shrimp lacked flavor, and the rice was mushy. Staff was friendly, but the wait was longer than expected. For the price, I expected better quality. Might give it another shot, but not in a rush to return.

Disappointed not gone lie ordered 6 different egg rolls and one thing i will tell you is that they do not season their meat or sauce. If the buffalo chicken eggroll is bland, pepper steak was dry and bland. Spent almost 35$ hurt my heart

I finally went, picked several egg rolls and it wasn’t that good. I mean some were others weren’t. I think the shell was too soft. You should still go and try them out because everyone’s tastebuds are different.

I just left this spot craving a rice bowl. I ordered the 3 meat all shrimp because I don’t eat meat and specifically said NO BLACK BEANS. Because I am allergic. The manager brings our food to the car which was nice of him. But he did not make my food correctly. I only had a few shrimp literally 8 and a bowl full of BLACK BEANS. NEVER AGAIN. They usually mix up the eggs rolls but my family didn’t mine because we like most of them. BUT this is the last straw. And of course you call and they don’t answer! I will try to make the other spot in Bellwood from now on!

The entire place was dusty, and dirty. A visit from the health department would help !! The sink hasn't been on in yeats, and the worker was outside and didn't wash his hand !!! They're selling death plates !!!

WARNING: Your experience is entirely dependent on the chef. I've come here multiple times. The food quality is a roll of the dice. Dependent on who is in the kitchen. My first visit was amazing. The food was fresh, tasty, and hot. Subsequently, my next visits were bad. The rolls were burnt and nasty. If you go here on a good day, you won't regret it. If you don't... prepare to be disappointed.

I came in over this past weekend. To start it off They were out of almost everything I wanted to try. The egg rolls are 5 dollars and don’t come with a dipping sauce smh. Didn’t matter too much they were out of most of those as well. I ordered 7 egg rolls, 1 dessert egg roll (caramel cake) and the mini banana pudding egg rolls and 2 slices of cake. The amount of disappointment that I have. The corned beef tasted old. The southwest just plain nasty and the others idk because I didn’t even attempt to try them. The banana pudding egg rolls had no filling and were chewy and again we didn’t even try to the caramel cake The best part were the actual cakes. The gentleman who rang me up was nice enough but I will not be returning.
