The Evie had a great variety of food options! We got the carrots, signature roll and bread to start. Incredible choices! For dinner we got the salmon, white fish and cornbread (which is a sleeper-def get it!!) and Chicago dog which were all incredible! Highly recommend!

Beautiful place, very intimate space. Nice varieties of foods from Sushi/Sandwich/Steak. Our server Jay was very knowledgeable on the items and had great recommendations. We also met Jack who is super personable and fun. Good time and a must go if you're in the area looking for a nice meal.

First night in Chicago and we chose Evie We were very rushed by the restaurant from the start. As soon as we sat down we were asked it we would like a drink, in which we ordered. We ordered our food and one sip into our pre-dinner drinks not only did our starters come but also our entree (main meals). We were disappointed and mentioned to our waiter, he unfortunately brushed us off and said this happens all the time. Within 5 min of us finishing our meals we were asked if we wanted to see the dessert menu. We declined and ask for the bill. For the prices charges for food, you would expect not to be treated like a fast food restaurant Underwhelming!!!!!

Delicious sandwiches. The grouper and the chicken sandwiches were excellent on fabulous homemade bread. Delicious wine at fair price. Really enjoy the ambience —comfy booths, quiet enough for conversation yet music and vibe are nice. Will note it as one of my favorite local places.
