I go to this place often during my times visiting work. The service and manager are great and I do enjoy that. Mike, is excellent and always a great conversation.
The thing holding this place back is the food. It is often very bland, definitely needs to season and salt the food. Especially the burrito bowl..
Pricing is very fair and competitive in the area. Happy hours are great and worth bringing your corporate people to before your flight/ride home!

They are not consistent with the food preparation, every time my coworkers and myself order, the presentation looks different, flavor, amount of fries, churros etc. If you order online, food should be ready on the designated area for online orders, and most of the time is not. Sometimes the food is not hot, or evenly cooked.

1/2024 3* Been here as they were opening a little while back. Food is excellent. Today I only had the waffle fries. Cooked to PERFECTION! Proper amount of salt and seasoning. Absolutely great! The issue is the service. I can only speak for the person up front. He smiles a lot, but is not as friendly as that appears. He “argued” with 2 customers in the entire 5 minutes I was standing there. Then had people speaking to him about one of those arguments from a table. They did not even come up, just calling out their disagreements with him. He “argued” back with them. Across the floor. Visible and audible for everyone nearby, like me. Unfortunately, they have an open kitchen concept. So he could just turn around and “gripe” to the kitchen staff and expeditor. “Don’t worry about it, they are always like that” was one of the comments. Not proper or professional. Makes it not such a nice place to linger during lunch. I will continue to get my food to go when I come there. And that will only be because I work in the building complex. Otherwise, I probably would just not be back.
Parking: Easy to get to if you work in the buildings but if a outside person coming for lunch, only a few parking spots outside.
Kid-friendliness: Not made for young kids. Lots of breakables and they do serve alcohol.
