Great and tasty appetizers. Recommend the spinach & artichoke dip. I would ask for extra French bread. Steak, potatoes and asparagus along with lobster ravioli. Recommend a slice or 2 of bread with the pasta. The bartender was our waiter. It got really busy, so once we received our food never saw him again. We had to wait awhile for our ticket after I flagged someone, waited another 10 minutes just to receive it.

I work down the street and this place does not get enough credit. The food is amazing, The staff is great, The ambiance next level. Frank M the general manager and Aaron the bartender are always bringing their A game when it comes to customer service. I see the other reviews about getting orders wrong and so on so forth. Please.. always remember whenever you go out to eat. The people working are human beings like me and you. They are not robots and will make mistakes from time to time. Please be courteous and patient. All this to say. Come check them out, you'll be happy you did. Cheers everyone.

10/10 I stopped in here for a bite after work. SUPER cute, good service, amazing food! Highly recommend the Nashville bao buns and caprese ravioli.

Nice comfortable chairs and dinner with our daughter is where the nice dining experience ended. My salad though a bit limp was passable. My wife’s salad came out with her entree instead of as an appetizer. They brought out a glazed-over cold linguini in an alfredo sauce. Cold was half the problem as the order was for Penne in a vodka sauce. The menu had a nice Lobster ravioli. When I bit into it there was shrimp. I thought they were just using shrimp as a filler until we got the check and it stated it was a shrimp and lobster ravioli. The menu did not state shrimp anywhere. I’d be somewhat ok with that except I really don’t like scrimp. Luckily I am not allergic. I cannot comment on the Pinot Noir because it never reached our table. To their benefit they did realize that without the wine we probably did not need more water to balance the alcohol and so left us dry of a water refill. The topper is, our feeling of being rushed was validated when they offered to bring the Penne in a to-go box. Really?! The restaurant was emptying at that point so I assume the momentum of rushing diners had not yet dissipated. They couldn’t help themselves having evidently been trained so well in how to overtly rush diners. They did nicely ask us if we wanted dessert which we politely declined and had dessert at our hotel. Which was delicious. Oh, and though my daughter asked me not to mention the last item lest I sound petty. …She’s right of course but here goes. They never lit the candle at our table.

We came up from Springfield for our mothers 80th birthday. Was seated right away. However, after we ordered, it took over 45 minutes to get our appetizers of a Ceasar salad and buffalo Cauliflower took even longer. Our food finally came out after almost 2 hours after multiple excuses and half was cold and the other half was burnt and tasted of cardboard. Ruined our families get together and we will never go back.

Took over an hour and a half to get our food. It is genuinely impressive that a restraunt took so long to produce food with so little flavor. What food did manage to have some small amount of flavor came out wrong. The fish was burnt, pizza was burnt and tasted like a frozen pizza from the store, the pasta was cold, and the burgers smelled of plastic. None of our party finished their meal, and a few of us became sick a few minutes after eating it. Would not recommend anyone eat there.

It took 1 hour to get the appetizers and the did not all come out, 1 came at the 2 hour mark, the main dished did ont come out together, 1 was over 1/2 hour later, the food was flavorless and burnt or cold, the pizza tasted like the crust was from frozen, the pasta was cold and little flavor, the burger has a plastic taste to it, overall a terrible meal
We really enjoyed our evening, perfect for before a show. The mushroom pizza was amazing and, with the tasty chopped salad, perfect for three of us to share. Appreciated the parking discount, too, even though we were expecting $5 and in and out in the allotted time, the garage charged us $10. Still better than other garages on a Friday night. We will definitely be returning to the Fillmore.
They didn't seem to have enough staff/waiters, so service was slow. The waiters they had were so busy, they forgot part of my order. They did bring it when I asked the second time and actually brought a bowl instead of a cup of soup I had ordered. However, the soup had a piece of hair that was clearly not mine in it, so can't say that they really redeemed themseleves. At the end, the waiter had given himself an automatic 20% gratuity (nowhere on the menu did it say they will automatically apply gratuity, so not sure if this is standard practice), which I paid even though I was not happy with the service. Also, there was an automatic "voluntary" additional service charge of about $4 added to the bill for the staff. On the bill it did say guests can ask to remove the service charge, but it wasn't really voluntary as it was already included and not an election you can make. Overall, the atmosphere is ok, but the service and food are subpar at best. Wouldn't go back to this restaurant.

Service was extremely slow. It took several minutes to be greeted by a host at the front door. After being seated, we waited several minutes for our server. After ordering, we waited more than 30 minutes for our omelets (very simple orders). The food was decent (omelets, potatoes, fruit) and it wasn't overpriced. So thumbs up for being reasonable.
Service was great, even as they got busier throughout our time there. The food all came out quickly and was very tasty overall. Our server was attentive and quick to action. The chicken sausage breakfast sandwich was a nice switch from bacon or something. It tasted great and the bun was very nice too. The breakfast potatoes could perhaps be a bit crispier, but they tasted great so it wasn't a big deal. My wife and mother-in-law liked their breakfasts, too. We got there around 8:15 am on a Saturday and it wasn't busy yet, but by 8:45am, it was almost full I think.
Overall, good but inconsistent.
We stopped here for a drink and appetizer on the first night of our stay. We sat at the bar—food and drinks were very good and the service was attentive.
We returned the following morning for breakfast and the service was basically nonexistent. Our waiter rushed through our order and only appeared the bare minimum of times. No cream was brought or offered with the coffee, and by the time we saw him again the coffee was cold. Eggs Benedict was served with regular bacon instead of Canadian bacon as advertised. Bloody Mary was served with none of the listed garnishes—it was taken off the bill without us asking, but it was still disappointing.

I had lunch, this is one of the restaurants where you didn't like anything, however to be fair, atmosphere is nice, chairs, table, setting area, all are good, however, service is very late, food is very basic, I took the chicken piccata and it was less than tasty, pasta was not good, the whole combination is not recommended, maybe it is better at dinner?

Breakfast is fantastic, service does move a little slow but food is worth the wait. Small hotel restaurant so vibe is pretty basic and not much to speak of. If you’re staying at the hotel definitely worth stopping in for breakfast.
