It was so great to celebrate our 20th anniversary and my wife's birthday at the Fine Print. Logan was an amazing host and his custom made cocktails he made for us and bobbly were such a nice touch to all dinner. We really enjoyed and felt special. Big shout out to all the staff for making this happen.

The service was amazing! Our server Sarah M went above and beyond helping us with the menu and even offering surprise drinks based off what we liked! I would go back again for the service and the food!

The lamb chops were fatty and skinny. The alternate white fish to the sable fish being I am lactose intolerant was Branzino. It was cooked well and had a great flavor but came with sprigs of lettuce and a tomato. For $44 one would expect at least a nice vegetable with it such as broccolini. They gave us the dessert for free which was kind. We chose the corn flan being lactose free but it was bland. The sauce on the plate should have been poured over the flan for more flavor. There wasn't enough on the plate to dip it into. The flowers and caramel popcorn gave the dessert a lovely presentation. Loved the decor in the restaurant!

My husband and I picked here for our first wedding anniversary, and it could not have been more perfect. The drinks, the food, the ambience and the service were fantastic. Our server Megan was very knowledgeable, helped us to decide between options, and was very attentive. Thank you to the whole FinePrint staff for an amazing experience!

We had high hopes when we went but due to the lack of service, and attentiveness of the wait staff, we will not be going back. 15 minutes for the first drink order to come out, and then we sat for another 20 after they were done before the waitress asked if we wanted anything else. Our meals came and the drinks came almost as we finished dinner. A couple beside us had to ask where their drinks were, as they had waited for a long time too. The waitress never did come back during our actual entree, to see how it was and if we needed anything else. I also had to ask the hostess if we could get our bill. Overall, the food was presented nice but was far too salty. The drink menu is impressive and we looked forward to trying different cocktails but never had the chance due to the long wait.

Meagan was an incredible server. She made great recommendations and helped find the right things for me when some drinks I wanted were no longer available. She helped us celebrate our 13th Anniversary so well with some bubbles and an additional treat at the end of our meal, which was wonderful. We had the bison tartare, duck duet, beef tenderloin, and espresso cheesecake. Everything was flavourful and presented beautifully. We also enjoyed a few very well crafted cocktails, wine, and digestifs that enhanced our meal nicely. The only minor notes I have are that the bowl the beef tenderloin was served in had curves on it that made it so I couldn't set my fork or knife down on the edges without them sliding into my food. The cheesecake was SO good, but the outside of it was hard enough to cut through that you couldn't help but make a very loud noise on the plate when cracking into each bite. Honestly though, those items are so minute compared to how lovely the whole experience was. We will definitely want to come back for the next menu change or the chef's tasting menu that we heard happens on Tuesdays.

The food was very good and ambiance was great, but the thing that really stood out was our waitress. She was incredible. I don't remember her name but she had shoulder length blonde hair. She had perfect suggestions and timing and made the dinner extra special - outstanding.

Have the sablefish! Great food well presented and prepared. Our server Julia was a delight! Tried the tempura green beans, endive salad with blue cheese and apples, salmon and hamachi crudo and the feature cauliflower. All so uniquely put together and exciting on the tastebuds! Topped it off with the cheesecake of course! Beautiful spot.

Pleasant, helpful staff. Great outdoor seats. Food was not bad but the points they lost on the dismal steak were regained by the gnocchi. Convenient for downtown casual business lunch. Great staff!

Beef tenderloin was delicious... but ngl we were really disappointed with the service ... it took 50 minutes to get our drinks and an 1 hour and 30 to be served our dinner ... dessert options were limited and the one dessert we wanted they didn't have ... espresso martini was a nice finish but given the poor service and cost I don't think we'll be back. *** Also realized after the fact that they charged us Ana hot gratuity b/c we were a party of 8 ... they did not inform at the time that the brought the bill and each of the ppl in our parties ended up double tipping ... let manager know and he said he was hoping to get back to me ... crickets so far

Service was attentive. Space was well designed. Appies were great, especially the tempura beans and salmon hamachi crudo. Mains were underwhelming and we both thought they were one note. Could use more balance in the flavour profile

Our dinner at FinePrint was excellent in every way. The restaurant was cozy, romantic and well-run. The “open” kitchen was a nice addition where we could watch the chefs do their final plating as we passed by on our way to our table. Julie, our server, was a delight and offered suggestions and information that helped with our menu selections. We started with the focaccia bread—crispy on the outside, moist inside and served with a whipped butter to which some crunchy sea salt had been added. Then we ordered the tempura green beans which were served with a miso aioli-type of dipping sauce. Next, I had the grilled endive salad and my husband, the beet and orange salad. Both were quite substantial and, once again, delicious. We both ordered the sablefish which was prepared to perfection. After all the food we enjoyed prior to the main course, we realized we could have probably shared the entree, though each of us finished every bite! We would most definitely return next time we're in Calgary! Thank you, FinePrint, for a delightful evening!

Had the best lunch here yesterday...Tempura green beans, BBQ chicken, Beet salad with prawns and Espresso Cheesecake were all next level. Service was impeccable and even the coffee was perfection. No wonder movie stars were rumored to be here over the weekend...this is Calgary's hottest spot!

Our server was so good with suggestions and with her knowledge of the wine and beverage menu. She was attentive but very much not hovering. What a great night! The food was so well prepared and beautifully presented. The old fashioned was delicious!
