I visited today during Happy Hour. There we two other parties, each with 2 women. Not busy at all but the bartender wasn’t very interested in working but socializing with colleagues. I ordered a tequila with a splash of lemonade and order a pizza off the hour happy menu. The drink was just okay but the pizza was decent, a thin crust, light sauce, cheesy pepperoni pie. The drink wasn’t worth the $24.00 for a shot of liquor but you live and learn.

The food was good, but the restaurant could use a few updates. We were also seated in a side room and seemed to be forgotten about after we ordered our drinks.

It’s like gas station food on steroids — supegreese, and dangerously priced.

Very good meals, nice atmosphere and outstanding service by Guillermo. The orrichette was especially delicious.

We had the best experience at The Florentine! We visited two weeks ago to celebrate my friend’s birthday, and everything from start to finish was absolutely amazing. The food was delicious, the service was top-notch, and the overall hospitality was exceptional.

A special shoutout to Andrew Spence, the manager, who went above and beyond to make our evening memorable. He was so warm and attentive. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Highly recommend this place for any special occasion.

I've dined here multiple times and it's always a great lunch experience rather I'm alone or with colleagues.

We really liked this place. It was past breakfast time and we didn't realize that for our reservation but the place still accommodated us to have breakfast. Super nice services and the food was great!

Single worst restaurant experience in last 30 yrs. Calamari was damp and soaked in oil served on top of a napkin. New York strip was NOT a strip (even the bartender and GM with 50+ yrs combined was so agreed it wasn’t a strip, but the chef actually came out and argued with me about it). Was less than a 1/2” and looked like Jo strip any of us had ever seen Returned it and Ordered a pasta instead. Came out in a centimeter of separated oil. Disgusting!!! Single worst restaurant exp in decades. Have NEVER before left a review. This place was that bad. Went there as a Platinum Marriott member staying at the JW Marriott. Horrible experience. Absolutely disgusting. Avoid at all costs.

Super disappointed in JW restaurant. Scallops are tiny. No ribeye on menu (in Chicago of all places). They were out of the Lamb. I ordered pasta with beef cheek (I sent it back as it MAY have had ~1 oz of meat. It was just a plate of white noodles). The broccoli was perfectly cooked. Also the salmon in in bar is farm raised :-/
