The food was good, but the restaurant could use a few updates. We were also seated in a side room and seemed to be forgotten about after we ordered our drinks.
Very good meals, nice atmosphere and outstanding service by Guillermo. The orrichette was especially delicious.
I've dined here multiple times and it's always a great lunch experience rather I'm alone or with colleagues.
We really liked this place. It was past breakfast time and we didn't realize that for our reservation but the place still accommodated us to have breakfast. Super nice services and the food was great!
The waiters were very attending and the service was very quick. Everyone was very sweet and friendly.
While the room ambience was lovely, I was very disappointed in each aspect of my meal. The “burrata” appetizer with peppers was not burrata but fresh mozzarella-solid throughout with no creamy center. The pasta carbonara was bland and overcooked with maybe 6-7 tiny specks of pancetta to add a bit of flavor. First bad review I've ever written but hopefully it is informative.
Service wa substandard. Caesar salad was bland. Tasted like something you'd get from Starbucks or Panera bread. I won't personally make a reservation here again unless required.
Food was terrible staff was worst. Went for lunch but this place clearly shouldn't be open for service.
For such an elevated restaurant the food was just good.
Don’t get me wrong, worth going but nothing spectacular

The atmosphere is great! We were looking for a restaurant near printers row and stumbled upon The Florentine. Portion sizes were a bit small and the main courses were ok. The most impressive item on the menu was the wood fire pizza. I would recommend if you’re going for drinks and casual dining.

Food is decent, but for the price I at least expect real maple syrup for my pancakes when the menu says maple syrup...

Enjoyed the Chicken Parmesan and salad. Great spot especially if you're staying at the LaSalle or JW Marriott. Easy access.

We were impressed by the pizza especially since during happy hour it’s only $8. The truffle fries were a small portion and came out cold; don’t recommend.
We sat at the bar and although it wasn’t busy, service was slow. They forgot to put in our orders twice.
We wouldn’t go out of our way to go back.

I tried going here twice. I just wanted to sit at the bar for a while, have a drink and maybe an appetizer. Twice, I sat there for 10 minutes with no interaction with the staff. I got up and left each time. The food may be awesome, but I will never know.
