The food at the Gage was amazing. It was fresh and clearly not like the same old same old. They have plenty of choices on the menu. The halibut and the filet were impeccable.

The Gage is our go-to before (and after) events at Symphony Center or the the Art Institute. Staff went out of their way to ensure we enjoyed our experience, cocktails were expertly crafted, food was delicious, and the ambience was sophisticated, but fun.

Great food. Oysters were great. Tuna Tartar was excellent. Lamb was also very good. Ambiance was perfect. There was energy but it wasn't too loud.

We went here for our Anniversary weekend and the food was great, the waiter was also very nice and attentive. Listen to the reviews when they say the creme brûlée is phenomenal. It's hands down the best I've ever had. I can't wait to come back next year for our Anniversary weekend.

I've been here a ton and the food has always been consistent. This last time, the food was just off.
