The screen/projector was broken, creating a green-tinged picture. The ball often wouldn't register, and each of the few game options were incredibly glitchy. Not at all what I've come to expect from a Top Golf experience.
Blake was an awesome host! The facility and suite looked amazing and was very clean. The games lagged a bit as if they may need an update but still had a great time! Again, Blake deserves his flowers for a great night and attention he provided us as guests! Amazing customer service was received, especially in such a large facility.
Incredible staff. Our family had a great time. The location is incredibly convenient to all of the activities downtown.
Fun place, but whoever controls the TV channels sucks Ba!!z
Service was actually good until the check arrived. 3 premium single malt scotches on the rocks ordered and enjoyed. Each one got a $5.25 up charge for the single cube of ice. Not mentioned in the service or the menu that such a charge was levied. Surprise. (A bit ironic to charge for ice on a day when 8 inches of snow fell just outside . . . )
Ashley was a great server, and it is a fun place to hang out - just be aware of that little sneaky charge.

We had a very mixed experience- the bar at the floor above handles the drinks/food. He was on top of it. Otherwise, you are very much alone from a technology/setup standpoint. Our time started at 2, it took us 38 minutes to get it up and running properly. We likely won't do it again, just from an experience standpoint.
Its a great place! I thought my food was pretty good and the waiters were extra nice. As far as sport bar and grill's go this place is very solid A pretty good restaurant with a great atmosphere

All games and most seats were reserved for a private party which would have been nice to know on their website.
The only reason this place isn’t getting one star is because the staff was fantastic — quick, polite, and really doing their best. Unfortunately, they’re the only thing holding this bar together. The atmosphere is awful: the music was blaring and all over the place, making it impossible to relax or enjoy a drink. The crowd was even worse — bizarre, loud, and gave off a sketchy vibe that made the whole place feel uncomfortable and unwelcoming. If you’re looking for a good night out, this is definitely not the spot.

Couldn’t tell you the rest cause we were ignored for about 20 minutes. Won’t be coming back.

fav bar for shuffle board
I am obsessed with this place! The Game Room is located in a beautiful building in a great area so close to Millennium Park. We went in the middle of the day to kill some time before a reservation to eat. Only got drinks at the bar and they were great! Pool, shuffle boards, skeeball, basketball, checkers, and more!
