I love this place. They always remember my son and I. The servers acknowledge you even if they are not your server on a different day! New servers are attentive also. Drinks are brought promptly. Food is served within reasonable time. The servers come to check on the food quality and to check for additional drinks! The Buffalo wings are hit with my son. My favorites are shrimp, chicken salad, and waffle fries. They are delivered well cooked and good presentation. They are very family oriented. I never have to wait more than 10 seconds to be acknowledged and seated. They allow me to get the same table for my son if it's not taken because he is disabled and prefers sameness. I love the atmosphere on Bingo night! A member of my community recommended this llace as friendly, good drinks and reasonable prices. The establishment is clean and decorated differently each holiday or season. I could go on and on!

Parking: I walk to the restaurant from my house, but I think there is free parking on the street.

Kid-friendliness: Super good - seen many families with small and young kids.

Great drinks specials didn't try the food so I can speak on that. The place has a great atmosphere, my only gripe is that they closed earlier than I thought they would. Worth it to check this place out I know I'll be back!!! 👍🏿👍🏿

Food is amazing but the service has been consistently poor the last few visits. Some of the worse service I’ve ever seen. Disappointing because I very much enjoy their food.

Edit: Thank you for your response. We previously sent an email to the address you provided before posting this review, but received no reply. We tried to resolve our concerns directly, but it became clear that customer service is not a priority.

Looking for a new place to stop before the Blackhawks game and found The Garage. Amazing service, our server gave us recommendations that were outstanding. Had the best burger!!!. We will be back!

Hannah our server was fantastic. One of our party spilled a drink on herself and she brought water napkins and wet wipes. We are little on the large side so the high top chairs were a little tight so she moved us to a low table no questions asked. The pretzel was great and as advertised enough for 4. Drinks were reasonably priced. The Sandwichs were well priced (for today's standards). Sat on the roof top ...nice view on a beautiful night.

Service was good. Sat upstairs but anytime someone started walking on the deck flooring our table and chairs would start moving making for an uncomfortable visit.

Our server, Maya, was ON IT! Our first time and we will certainly come back.
Roof top was very busy with a large birthday party but the staff rose to the occasion.
So-good food, good service and reasonable prices.

This is the penultimate neighborhood bar! Featuring ten rotating taps pouring locally made beers and ciders, a large selection of “niche” bottles and cans, and a menu and kitchen that is on par (if not better) than many of the more popular chain restaurants. All served by a talented team of servers and bartenders. Everyone should visit at least once, and I guarantee that you’ll be back!
