We called the day before the Jaguars game to verify that kids could come eat and watch the game. They said YES! When we drove (over an hour) to go watch the game, they said it was 21+ on “busy” days. They clearly just wanted drinkers who would bring money. Not surprising- greed over what you advertise as a bar for Jaguars fans (who would have spent money, btw). Just lost a lot of customers. Not surprising, employees too lazy to find an accurate answer. Skip this place.

I’ve been a Globe guest for a couple decades; today came back after leaving the City, and in true Globe fashion, was right at home! This bar/Arsenal club is a staple in Chicago and my home away from home. Thank you for the hospitality, great bar food, and inclusive environment. Cheers!

Popped into The Globe Pub to catch the Bears game. While traditionally this is soccer bar, it still worked well for our needs. We ordered the Chili Cheese Fries and Buffalo Chicken Sandwich. While it worked out well for the game… the food was very average and too expensive for the quality.

Came in for dinner and a couple drinks. Friendly service good atmosphere with plenty of tvs. Beer and cocktails were good. The value and quality of the fish n chips was not great in my opinion. 2 pieces of fishwith peas, fries, and slaw for $25. Out side of fish was well done but batter on inside not all the way fried(soggy) Very greasy(dripping out). Hard to take a clean bite. Cole slaw was a zero factor ( no flavor) French fries were fine. I ended up not finishing the plate.

Went for the Halloween Drag Show. The show and bartenders were great!!! Hands down a great show! Each entertainer was great, but Brittany really stood out.
The bartenders and servers were overall good. However, one young lady was a bit rude and really lacks the demeanor/ skill set to be a server. Idk most wait staff tell you that they are done for the day and ask if you need anything else before they leave. Nope, she just sat at the bar (white sweater) on her phone. When approached by customers, and there were a few, she would rudely tell people she's off, as if they were supposed to know. Maybe she was having a long/bad day but her attitude was way off and def took away from our experience.

Went to their Halloween Drag Brunch today and it was amazing. Food was great, drinks were good. Some of the food seemed a bit pricy at first but when I took a bite of the breakfast burrito, omg I felt like the flavors burst in my mouth. Literally it was so good that I had to share it with my girlfriend because I needed her to try it. She got the French toast and it was also very good. I recommend coming to this place and giving it a try. This is my first time in Chicago so if their other events are anything like this, then count it as a guaranteed great time.

Great spot for a Guinness right in the heart of Gas Lamp. They have plenty of TV’s to watch sports. Looking forward to watching Ireland in the World Cup there next year.

Stopped by The Globe Pub around 7 PM on a Friday for dinner and drinks. Started with the Scotch eggs and wings—both were solid choices. For the main, I had the fish and chips; the cod was perfectly battered and crispy. The atmosphere was lively, especially with the soccer match on the big screen. Service was friendly, and the beer selection is top-notch.

Had a delicious traditional English breakfast there Sunday morning. Service was great. Closest thing you will get to the real deal in Chicago.

I was looking for a spot to watch some soccer finals games and this place came up among everything I could find!
Place was great to watch the game and the selection of drinks and food were great!
If you got a group id suggest getting in early to secure a table because it does fill up! Either way great spot to come have a brew and enjoy a sports game!
