Place is a great place to see live music. The bartender in back with the super cool glasses is amazing, she is absolutely great with people and exudes good vibes. The space itself is intimate and atmospheric
Best bar tenders and bouncers in town. Bar tenders make great drinks, vibe is great, location is great. A girl was cut off and the bouncer handled the situation with professionalism when she was escalating. He was polite, firm, and respectful. He was professional and maintained control of the bar’s safety and kept the vibe relaxed even when the girl was filming and harassing the staff from outside the window. I've lived in the neighborhood for five years now and Gman was immediately our corner bar. Here's why:
-It's dive-y but super clean (we see the cleaning crew every AM when we walk the dogs).
-We've gotten to know the bartenders, door crew, bus crew, etc, pretty well over time and we'd hang out with all of them, they're super kind.
-I feel really SAFE here. I saw a brawl break out up the street once where no staff was around...
