I wasn’t going to post this but because of customer service being bad I had to do it … The ladies looked drain like they had a bad day idk but her customer service was bad I asked for jalapeño cheese bagels then she just went straight to charge me not even asking would you like anything else? Then I asked what kind of soup they had and she just looked at me pointing at the sign telling me it’s up there like seriously!! I got 3 bagels she didn’t give me napkins no cream cheese even if I have to buy it but not even bother to ask 🙄 Then I got to the car I got one bite then there’s this black plastic Poor customer service or maybe was because I was Hispanic I been getting a lot of that now in days 🥴 Bagels 🥯 pale plastic inside

Bagels are just OK - they’re big and definitely filling, but they didn’t taste as fresh as I was hoping. The sausage and egg on the breakfast sandwich are pretty mid. My pup however is obsessed with their dog bagel treats so props for that. Prices are kind of steep and the staff vibe is definitely not friendly. On the plus side, the breakfast sandwich came out super fast so if you’re in a rush it’s clutch for that.

Didn’t expect much and somehow they still under delivered. Burnt the bagel, offered to toast a new one before they even gave it to me, then burnt the next one. Cream cheese smear so thin it only is on one side of bagel. Maybe two tablespoons of chicken salad on the untoasted bagel.
Service staff were pleasant but ordering is disorganized and confusing with no line or system.

Personable staff, especially if you are a repeat customer. Their wraps are very tasty!
Parking: There are 3 spots on Racine just to the west of the restaurant, they are free to customers when available.
Wheelchair accessibility: It is perhaps technically accessible, but they do not have automatic doors and they have 2 sets of doors that open in opposite directions, I imagine that would make trying to get in with a wheelchair difficult on your own. Getting a stroller through can be a small struggle.

The staff there IS SOO GREAT! Best food and GREAT service.
Great for vegetarians. Many options! I had the Mediterranean Hummus & Veggie on an onion bagel, a strawberry kiwi bottled juice and a huge cookie. Great friendly service, reasonable prices. Fun music, lots of booths, and of course a restroom. Everything you need!

I just had the absolute best mango smoothie that I've had in a very long time. It was pleasantly sweet and refreshing. I also bought an asiago bagel with cream cheese to accompany it and they do not skimp out on the cream cheese. Delicious.
