I called inquiring about a private/ semi private space to host my daughter’s birthday dinner. I spoke with Jason the manager who was kind and very accommodating. Based on our call, I moved forward with reserving their private room, which was a great choice. I was also allowed to decorate and customize the room to my liking. On the day of the dinner, I arrived early to get the room set up, Kelly our server was so helpful. Once my daughter and her guests arrived the room was beautiful. Kelly worked her magic and had signature drinks ready for the guests. The food was delicious and the service was excellent!! We had just visited a steakhouse the week prior but the steak here was much more flavorful and prepared exactly to our liking. I will definitely be back and refer others to this restaurant. The space and service was perfect which made this even more memorable for my daughter and her guests!! Great service and great food!! 5- stars for me! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The pork chop was top tier! The steak was so tender and flavorful. Service staff was great. We have a new favorite steakhouse!

Nice spa e and decor. Service was professional and friendly. Only disappointment was the meat. Both the filet mignon and.the strip steak were tough.

My date and I had a great experience. Grillroom is a go-to place for me. The only negative was my date started not feeling well after we had a little bit of the lobster mac and cheese. Our server was kind enough to take it off the bill which we appreciated.

Fresh and well-prepared fish, salads, and vegetarian fare. Nice selection of wines and other libations. Attentive service. Our first time—we will be back.

I was not impressed or satisfied with the way food was prepared. The server did not ask how I wanted my pork chop prepared and delivered it too well done (dry and tasteless). The manager offered a do-over but I declined and was comped for the meal. My wife had a filet that was pretty good but the portion was under sized and pricey.

We had a great time. Very attentive staff, delicious food and drinks. We were there to celebrate our anniversary and see a play across the street. They helped us celebrate and got us taken care of in a timely manner based on our schedule.

The food and the staff were great, and the Ladies Room was SO CLEAN!! We had a great time!

The burger was pretty bad - not a great quality meat to the point that my 10 year old son refused to eat it. Oysters were ok. Steak was not that great!

My husband and I just had a wonderful dinner here at the Grillroom. Our server, Emily, was outstanding. She was so attentive, accommodating and had excellent recommendations. At one point I had a question and apologized, knowing she was busy and she responded, “not at all. I’m so happy to be right here”. It feels like one doesn’t come across customer service like this often anymore. So wanted to give her a huge shoutout! The hamachi crudo was excellent, the steak perfect and the fries and brussel sprouts perfectly crispy. Also, Ernesto was awesome with refilling our waters and clearing empty dishes as soon as we were in need. Overall, a wonderful experience!

Service and food were great. Went on a quiet Saturday night and we received exceptional service all around. Food was great too.

The Grillroom was amazing! The steak was seasoned and cooked just right, full of flavor. Service was top tier from start to finish, and the prices were more than reasonable for the quality. I really enjoyed myself here and will definitely be back.
