I ordered 4 regular hoagie with extra oil, and yet they were still dry!! The hoagie bread was hard/ old! My Grandson Loves hoagies, and he didn't even want his other half. This was my first/ last time at this location. The one on 147th is wayyy better!!

The sandwiches are pretty good. The only problem I have is their customer service. Namely the Hispanic man and woman that work at the register, they get attitudes if you forget to request something like cut the sandwiches in half or no cheese or add black pepper to your order of fries. People forget, it’s an honest mistake. Their customer service is horrible, I have definitely slowed my patronage down because of it and will eventually stop all the way. They always forget to add certain things or skimp on certain things, I ask for extra lettuce and pay for it and it is barely on there I say no banana peppers and they are on there anyway. The nerve of them to act like people can’t make late modifications and they forget to add or remove things from your order.

The worst hoagie I’ve ever tasted. The meat is extremely thin, bread was extra soggy. Fries were terrible. I wish I could have given it 0 stars! Who are all those unfamiliar people working there? Wrong restaurant my “friend” I’ll never go back there. EVER!

The worst place! Turkey taste like imitation bologna! Mold on bread and meat as soon as I unwrapped the sandwich! Cashier didn’t have patience but wasn’t horrible food is absolutely unacceptable wanted a simple cold cut hoagie!

A coworker of mines told me about the hoagie place so I drove over to that location over on 81st and Halsted, And I must say I was not disappointed, I had the steak hoagie along with the strawberry cheesecake milkshake and I must say everything was delicious, And I'll be coming back to the hoagie place, more often. Again the cashier was very nice, And she told me God bless me, And I feel very welcome by her telling me that, so I'm going to recommend the hoagie place to all my friends and tell her You want a good deal and good food that's the place to be
