Ordered from a discount priced app and it was a bit disappointing but I didn't pay much so its no biggie. Food was good nonetheless.

This has been my spot for years. Never went wrong with the jibarito de asada con arroz amarillo y un bebida de parcha. They fill the bad boys up with the perfect balance of meat, cheese, ajo, mayo, tomate y lechuga. Politely ask for extra napkins if you're eating on the go, it can get messy 😉

The food was delicious. It was hot. It was tasty. The empanadas are on point. they are very busy on Friday afternoon around lunch hours so it might take a long time for your food to come, but it's worth the wait.

Oh wow, The Jibarito Stop is one stop I would make on a weekly basis! The food her on par with any Puerto Rican shop in the city! Quality is definitely what TJS is known for in my book! The service on the other hand was pretty slow but, the quality of the food made up for that. The atmosphere made me think about being in an island space. If you wanna make that stop make it to The Jibarito Stop!

Ordered, a jibarito, empanadas, papa rellena and a lechon platter. All the rice was cold and had an overpowering cummin flavor. The jibarito had cold meat, like if it was on the fridge cold. I asked the server if it was normal for them to serve cold meat on their sandwiches. He said that he warmed the meat up. so it's not fresh?? And I asked why the rice was cold but he just said he was sorry about that. This restaurant keeps getting worse and worse. Save your money and go to the Northside for real PR food.

Food is delicious; they have a vegan menu, and even the beans and rice that come with the jibarito are amazing and some of best flavored I’ve ever had.
