Highly recommend. Nisos Prime has been amazing every time I've gone. The food is always phenomenally and perfectly seasoned, the service is top tier with friendly workers, the vibe is eeeeverything, and I feel comfortable being there. It's literally everything I needed in a restaurant to be come a regular. Not to mention the location is pretty busy so the fact that they offer valet is a plus. The entire restaurant is gorgeous from your seat to the restroom. Get those phones ready for photo ops but don't be obnoxious. It's dimly lit so the flashes are noticeable. Great place! Chef's kiss. Enjoy your visit because I'll enjoy my next one!

I would not recommend dining out at Prime Bar at Nisos Prime. Service was horrible, food was horrible, entry staff were great. The ambiance was great. But, overall it's a No for me.

we had 6:30 for dinner on a Sat. 2 of us at table and we could barley hear each other across the table. The music is WAY too loud and sounded like club music. when spending $300 on dinner I don't want to have to yell. I get turning up the tunes but not until later night... 9ish seems typical.

We went for Chicago Restaurant week on Feb 2nd for a 9pm dinner, for appetizers the Horiatiki was crisp and fresh and the truffle arancini was creamy and delicious but could've used for truffle. For the second course we tried the eggplant parmesan which was okay, nothing too special. We also got the wood grilled steak and frites personally I didn't taste as much truffle and the fries were extremely salty. I got the steak medium well done and the inside was okay but it did have a tough crust and was a very VERY chewy piece of meat, a little more burnt/overcooked tasting than preferred but could be because I ordered medium well. It was also very salty. For dessert, we had the pana cotta and the lemon tart. The panna cotta was very good, the chocolate ganache was the perfect amount of chocolate and the texture was perfect. The lemon tart had a lot of phyllo dough and was a bit hard to crack though to get to the tart and labneh but overall very good. The service could improve a bit in regards to ensuring water cups are filled and having a set speech when welcoming guests and taking orders. They were pretty quick with service for us aside from drinks. There was also an incident when my partner, which is sober, was given an alcoholic drink which was meant for the table next to us. It was quickly resolved though. The host was incredibly helpful and nice. The decoration was stunning.

I'm not one to leave a horrible review but this is one of the worst experiences I have had dining in Chicago. My friend and I went for restaurant week on 1/31/24. Con #1: Service. We waited over an hour for our first course. The couple next to us sat after us and received their food before us. But what made it worse was that our server did not come to our table and avoided the walking path the entire time. The manager brought our first course, apologized for the delay, and said she'd bring us a free cocktail. We never recieved a free cocktail. Our waiter continued to avoid us. He didn't come until after the dessert was served. Nothing was taken off our bill and the waiter never apologized. Con #2: Food. I'll keep this short. Both my friend and I got extremely sick from the food. We saw other reviews mentioned this as well.

Food was good but service subpar for the price. Long waiting in between courses despite being asked to order all up front. Attentiveness by waitstaff not great (waters not refreshed regularly, long waits for drink orders). When food finally made its way out was not always hot. Not great value given the subpar service and small portions.

I took my husband and son to Nisos for Restaurant Week. Neither of them had been to restaurants for restaurant week, and they loved the experience that they had. The food was delicious, and most of all, the server that we had was so welcoming and wonderful. I cannot recall her name, but she made dining at the restaurant a wonderful experience.

Went for restaurant week. Different menu than displayed on the website. Steak Frites were very overcooked and lacked flavor. Lamb Ragu had 1 identifiable piece of lamb and the rest was grounded so finely you couldn't taste it. Waiter was inattentive and missed quite a few order notes. Drinks were good.

The food was fantastic but the music was SO loud. My boyfriend and I were screaming across the table to each other and even asked the waitress to have it turned down but apparently the owner likes it at club level. I don't really understand why it has to be so loud for a nice steak dinner.

We put on the reservation we were there for Happy Hour but they only gave us the restaurant week menu and pushed that on us. We had to ask for the Happy Hour menu which they seemed annoyed by. Service was slow and they didn't check on us for the last 30 minutes of happy hour and conveniently came by at 6pm on the dot. The espresso martini was terrible.

Service is excellent. We went during Restaurant Week. Their version of steak frites was a little chewy - but flavorful - steak with excellent French fries. Eggplant Parmesan was the ‘deconstructed' version where the eggplant is cooked separately then stacked on the plate with sauce poured over. It was good - a “C” - but not memorable. Desserts were good - each one was totally shareable for two people. We took most of our meals home - the portions are substantial. This is not an inexpensive restaurant, so the best time to go is Restaurant Week. If you go, just order the fixed price menu...forget about drinks and coffee. The noise level is very high. There is music constantly playing, but all you can actually hear is the ‘thump-thump-thump' - it's impossible to discern an actual song or vocalist. People are shouting to be heard. Great vibe for a disco - but this isn't a disco, it's a restaurant. People are supposed to enjoy the food AND their companions in a restaurant - this place makes it hard to do both.

We like trying new places during restaurant week, So we headed to Nisos Prime. Good service, delicious food, but the music was nightclub loud. A little distracting from how chill the interior vibe is . Would not go back unless the lowered the volume by 11.

Good enough value for restaurant week but food was disappointing and i wouldn't pay full price. 3 of us had the steak and all 3 were overcooked. Steak and frites were very salty (and I love salt). Music was too loud and didn't match the restaurant vibe. Wine pours very conservative as well.

Amazing customer service from the second I walked in to the moment I stepped foot out of the door. The drinks were just as amazing as my bartender + server, Joe. I was attended to in a way that made me feel comforted and special. The food was well-seasoned a bit salty for my liking but not too overbearing. It was still very good, don't get me wrong. I definitely see myself becoming a regular. The ambiance will take you away into another dimension. I would tell everyone to experience this restaurant and hope they have just as much as an amazing time as I did alone. Kudos to everyone! Thank you! Definitely going back. I already have my reservations set and this time I'm coming with company.

Went for their new year’s celebration and their posting stated table service included a bottle and beverage package upon arrival they stated that the $1000 we paid was only for the past bites (that consisted of 1 guy passing out veggie cups, steak tartare and rice balls) and to sit at a table but we still had to spend an additional minimum $450 I get it’s New Years but any high end restaurant in the same area was offering similar packages with unlimited drinks and passed bites. Needless to say this establishment reputation for high price “experiences” that miss the mark, is not a lesson they fully learned after closing down to “rebrand”
