Everything was absolutely perfect! The food was bursting with flavor and beautifully presented, and the cocktails were just as amazing – perfectly balanced and so delicious. The atmosphere was cozy and welcoming, making the whole experience even better. Our server, Jen, was incredibly sweet, attentive, and genuinely made us feel cared for. She went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, and her warm personality truly added to the evening.

Really really enjoyed my visit at the monkeys paw! I was surprised at how upscale the food tasted, the alcohol selection was thoughtful, and the service was great. I’ve walked by 100x and I’ve always been curious, I’m so glad I decided to come for dinner. There is ample seating and the interior is cozy- I look forward to coming back in winter. Don’t skip on the dessert- the homemade brownie was delicious- had my boyfriend and I fighting with our spoons for the last bite.

Monkey's Paw Is my neighborhood bar and I love it. The bar and service team are always wonderful. We visit once a week and enjoy the burger, the fish and chips, the salads, the chicken pot pie, etc. Matt (the owner) does a great job rotating all of the beers on tap and he supports local breweries. We are lucky to live near such a good place. You should try it too.

Awesome neighborhood bar that is always above and beyond. Great bourbon selections and half price wine night is not to be missed. Order one of the best burgers in town and ask them for a schooner (beer). You'll be back!

Good food and a nice place. Our server either didn’t want to be there or was stoned out of his mind. Messed up every element of our order, took forever, and couldn’t care less.

Says open until 11pm and they refused to seat us at 9:30p. The door was open, there were other people sitting in the bar so not sure why they refused to seat us for a drink.

The monkey paw burger with bacon was pretty good. The young lady was very nice and had a lot of energy.

Found a shard of plastic in my drink. Waiter sat us and never came back after getting us drinks, so never got to try the food. Wouldn't want to after finding literal plastic in my drink. Had to hunt them down to pay the bill and they gave us the bill for a different table. Probably won't come back here.

It should be a 4-5 star review, but the Manager (dinner shift) at this place was rude and lacked customer services skills.
5 stars for the Brunch shift. They were friendly and attentive. The food was decent and the mimosas kept coming. It's a $15 unlimited mimosa until 3pm.

Perfect place to grab a burger and beer. Good beer menu and food options. Fun patio but the interior is perfectly put together

Great gastropub that's surprisingly big on the inside, offering a ton of different cocktails and some tasty food options.
We came on a Saturday right when they opened and we were the only people there, sitting in the little nook with a fireplace was nice.
Super friendly staff and some good cocktails, we just got an app but we will be back for dinner.

Brunch was delicious. 7 of us tried all different dishes and split the French toast. The bottomless mimosas tasted great. Consensus was that the breakfast poutine was the best choice!

Only thing bigger than the egos of the people who work here is the gap between their food quality and industry benchmarks.
