Order was cold ….pieces of my pizza was missing as well as it was grease smudges on the top of the box and a staple in the middle was also detached …I called spoke to the manager(RITA) explained that my order was 74 bucks I tipped the driver and all when I opened the box I have pieces missing I’m then told WITH A ATTITUDE OK WELL THE PIZZA MUST OF SLID BECAUSE OUR DRIVER WOULDN'T DO ANYTHING LIKE THAT……
How can you determine what a driver has done if he or she has the order and you are at the restaurant.
IF THE PIZZA SLID WHY AREN'T THE PIECES OF THE PIZZA STILL IN THE ACTUAL BOX ITSELF.

I WAS GIVEN EVERY EXCUSE I SAID I DONT WANT THE ORDER I GOT DELIVERED SHE THEN SAID I ONLY PAID FOR IT TO BE DELIVERED I HAVE TO BRING IT TO THEM
I ASKED FOR ANOTHER MANAGER OR WHO IS THE OWNER I WAS TOLD CALL TOMORROW FOR
ANOTHER MANAGER THEY WILL TELL
ME THE SAME THING

Just got a call from Congress Pizza saying they need to cancel my order because THEY haven’t figured out their pricing with grub hub. Don’t buy from them unless you want to be in limbo with Grubhub and Congress for over an hour.

I’m totally not happy with the delivery charge they say delivery anywhere what they do tell you is that delivery charge was 12.93 so my 12.00 dollar pizza bill was 33.00$ after tip food is great but to expensive

I really hated to see “The old congress” go. I Miss it all, the atmosphere, the waitress ladies. The bartender.. sassy but cool phone operators. Sketchy looking delivery drivers lol food always delivered hot and fresh though. “The new Congress”Your workers look cramped and unhappy at this location. While the service over the phone is just okay. In person service is terrible. Delivery is still good and prompt. Pizza is good. I don’t care for the sausage. But they still have some of the best pepperoni.
Just ordered delivery again today. Place def gets my money. But I must admit. I hate walking into your lobby to pick up a pizza. Sometimes y’all make me want to leave it there on the counter. -life customer.

I’ve always ordered from here and never had a problem. Today I go to order and they try to tell me that i have a double delivery charge because I’m out of the area. All the other times I ordered I was never out of the area. The person who answered the phone had an attitude. I requested to speak to the manager and she also had an attitude. She tried to make it seem like we were wrong in what we paid before on previous transactions. Never ordering from here again.
