Can't speak to the quality of the pub. Hours online and in person say 2AM on a weeknight. Showed up at 11 with a crowd of people after a concert and it was completely closed, barstools up, lights out.
Always call before you go. They only seem to ever be open if there is a Bulls or Hawks game. I have tried to go numerous times when there has been a UC concert but they are always closed... Their hours are misleading on their website and Google. Their food and drinks are good. Just make sure to call if they are open so you dont waste time planning it out and getting there only to find out they arent open (only reason I am giving it 2 stars)
Food has been good on past experiences but went today and they were closed despite saying open til 2am
Great place to go after a hockey game. Drinks were well made and service was quick and friendly. Also serving pizza that late was a life saver, it was delicious.
Great beer and whiskey selection. Metered parking available. Friendly staff. Suggestion if visiting with a group call for reservations.
Had reservations for 5:45pm, arrived and didn't have a table available so they sat us on a bench next to each other (very awkward). The server came by after us sitting for 10 minutes. My drink arrived 5 minutes after that. The food took over 45 minutes, the appetizers came out with our meals it was a complete mess. I would not recommend going here on a night of a hockey game unless you arrive at least 3 hours before the game.
The service was slow, but they were busy and perhaps understaffed. We ordered a pizza, which was served to us lukewarm and without plates to eat it on. It wasn't anything special and I would recommend steering clear as other items we saw other tables get looked better. It's a great atmosphere before a game and in the past we haven't had issues.
This owner is a joke. Had a reservation for 12:45. He decided to sit larger groups with reservations after ours and let us stand at the front for over an hour before we walked out. Why have reservations if you are only going to sit larger groups?

We never got seated. This restaurant should not be allowed on open table. We had a reservation for 4:15pm. Got there and stood in line for 30 minutes for the hostess table. Then we were told it would be an hour wait. We didn't have time for that so we left.
Wobbly table and chairs. Server was too busy I guess..had to stop her multiple times for a drink and to cash out. Food was about as low tier as it comes. Salsa was 5/10, cheese dip was like movie theater cheese, and guac was no bueno. Looks nice from a distance, but looks can be deceiving.
The Ogden was recommended as a place to eat by the United Center staff however I'm not sure I'd go back or recommend it to others. We ordered nachos and a pizza. Pizza was wrong so had to be remade and we had to get it to go or else we would have missed our show. We also sadly found an entire bay leaf in the nachos which was rather unappealing. The staff was nice in getting the pizza remade but I would have appreciated at least an offer of a discount for the inconvenience and bay leaf. Wouldn't rush back.
I made a reservation for 11:45. It took 50 min to get our appetizers and another hour after that to get out main course. We were at the restaurant for over 2 1/2 hours. Other patrons were complaining as well. The manager explained that a large party made a reservation at 11:30 and it backed up the kitchen. I suggested that he shouldn't take reservations at 11:45 if he doesn't have the staff to handle it. The manager said he was covering this shift and was frustrated as well. He gave us 50% off for the absurdly long wait and the food was good.
I am so pleased with the food! I love the Ogden! Great food! Great service! Teresa, Evelyn, and Samantha, are absolutely amazing! The manager Nick is a fantastic guy! Kara is such a sweetheart! Allan was so kind and cleaned our tables. And more TVs than I have pounds! Order the blackened chicken breast with rice and beans if you’re on a diet! It’s 500 calories and so yummy!
