I usually stop here before my appointment at Penny Lane studios. I can say that the margaritas are amazing and the bartender Chad is amazing and super friendly! I would highly recommend the mango or avocado margarita.

I really want to like this place. I live near by and want this place to succeed. However, every time I go in there it’s marginally busy. The current Christmas decorations are awesome.
I think it’s the food menu and offering, it’s ok but not “we need to go there”. As a native texan, I wouldn’t call their food Tex-mex. I am not sure what I would call it. I believe if you changed the food menu, and quality, you would really see a change.
Think uncle Julio’s before it all changed, (terrible now with new owners). That was Tex-mex, so busy, you couldn’t walk in there 2000- to 2018
The bartender stated they are really trying to increase patrons and sales. I would suggest a standardized uniform and more professional wait staff. No disrespect to anyone but a little more structure and quality.
You are almost there.
I will continue to stop in periodically but it’s not the first place that comes to mind although I want it to be.

Went for Happy Hour and Taco Tuesday to take advantage of the drinks specials and $2 tacos. Asked for chips and salsa, I thought they were free (like any other place), and the bartender said they are not free. Told the bartender that I'll wait for the tacos then. I asked for a frozen margarita and the bartender said their machine is broken and that all they had was the regular margarita. So I said I'll have the regular then. When he served me the margarita, I asked if this was the Happy Hour margarita. The bartender said, "Oh my god, yes, it is. Do you want my Costco or Sam's membership so you can get a discount as well?" That was uncalled for. So much for the "HOSPITALITY"

Solid chips and queso (one of the rare spots in Chicago with a decent Tex-Mex style chili con queso). Chicken fajitas were good too. Service was a bit slow, but to be fair it was busy. Only real complaint is that I couldn't get a frozen marg since the machine wasn't working. Based on other reviews, seems like this happens fairly often and something they should resolve. But overall good experience, I will be back. Hopefully I can try the OP frozen next time :)

Logan Square atmosphere on Milwaukee Avenue. Great chilling spot for drinks any day of the week.

While the service is great, if you like your burgers to be small, well done, tasteless hockey pucks, this is your place.

Love the more open aspect of the restaurant, with space expanding to two outdoor seating areas. TV's for sportsfans. Host/wait staff was kind and prompt with service. Only issue: prices run higher (single mimosa $14, chips and guac $11).

Great spot in Logan Square. We went yesterday to watch the debate. They were running a $2 taco Tuesday special and it was amazing! We got one of each (carnitas, tinga, cauliflower). We all now want to come every Tuesday.
I stopped by this cute little spot to meet some new friends. The waiter who was helping us was really professional and hospitable.
The atmosphere was a cool vibe. The music wasn't my flavor but there were so many spots to create a vibe for yourself, I could see myself returning.
The food wasn't that great. I had the Flatbread and mocktail Margherita. I could have saved that $30.
Overall, nice place to hangout with friends.

Had an absolutely amazing experience in this restaurant . Food was delicious. Service by Edgar was the absolute best, he made sure we were having a good time offered to put on music we like. Just an absolute vibe. Would be back here a million times.

So listen....I have never had an avocado margarita but sheeeeesh will I be having it again! Great food! nachos and the cheese and steak were really good better than the wings, but don't get me wrong, the wings were good as well. All in all, I will be back, especially for WING WEDNESDAY!
