My family and I came to eat here this morning and got a table outside. We ended up having to ask for our food to go because wasps were swarming our table. We were right next to a wasp trap which had about 10 wasps. Before our food came there were 4 wasps on the table near the syrup and flying around our heads, then once our food came out they multiplied significantly. I was worried about them stinging my baby and also it was annoying to keep trying to avoid them. We sat at a park nearby and had our food which was very delicious (we got sourdough french toast, eggs and bacon, and buttermilk pancakes). I would just recommend sitting inside or be prepared to have wasps fly onto you/your food.

We ate breakfast here every morning we were in Chicago. It was sooooooooo good. Service was exceptional. I don’t know how they were able to consistently accommodate such large crowds but they were extremely efficient. The portions here are huge! You get your money’s worth and then some. I watched the manager work and he was simply amazing. Right there supporting his team with a great attitude!

Great breakfast!! Big portions, we could have totally split our meals. Our service was good, we sat outside and atmosphere was great. Restaurant was clean.

This place is super small and no rhyme or reason to the way people are sat. They don't take names just go off the honor system. I'm quite aware all the restaurants are not owned by the same person(s). I always order the same thing when I go to Ohop. This is my 1st time to this location. I get the corned beef hash with jalapenos. When I tell you there was absolutely no taste to my food. Service was fine.

My gf and I stayed across the street at the Thompson and 3 out 4 days we came here for breakfast! The coffee is exceptional, and the service was super-fast We split breakfast because the helping was enormous! She loved it and I loved it. Made the trip having it right across from the hotel. Hope to come back someday! You'll love it!

Really nice venue, amazing service from all the staff. Our waiter was excellent very helpful and even heated some milk
up for us for our coffee!
Food was plentiful and the pancakes are seriously good. Very fluffy and possibly the best I've ever had.
Meal for three with coffee and a pot of tea was only $53 ...
Coffee was actually good as well

I’ve gone here multiple times as I live nearby. It is always packed but we are always seated quickly and treated with impeccable service. We always get the corned beef hash. I recently tried the Dutch Treat and it was delicious. Fast service, tasty food, and a cozy homey vibe in the middle of Gold Coast. Much of Gold Coast is glitzy, yet this breakfast spot feels familiar and comfortable in the best way.

They are regularly packed full, but they get you seated right away. Staff efficiency is like a well oiled machine. Not overpriced and the a la carte is reasonable as well.

Good food. Too expensive. Waiter didn't want to split bill or take card.
