Best rainbow cone in Chicago absolute best service and fast with there work
I loved everything about the original Rainbow Cone! Romeo the Manager there was super sweet and patient and walked us through the menu and all the selections that were adding. I ended up getting a few things to take home with me, he gave the kids bubbles and snacks to take with them! They give discounts to workers in the area and I live & work close by I definitely will be back soon ♥️
The palmer house is my top favorite and they have great customer service if tour looking for something sweet and tasty i recommend you must stop by and try them out

Best service I’ve EVER experienced at ANY ice cream shop! Romeo, the young gentleman in the center, answered my telephone questions with such kindness, professionalism, and knowledge, that it drew me into the store to witness his goodness in person. I brought my two biggest ice cream fans, who were treated with enthusiasm, patience, and a purely joyful experience. Even the manager came forward to be helpful to others. Please visit this store and enjoy the genuinely delicious ice creams and the Dreamsicle Ice cream Milkshake created by Mr. Romeo! I highly recommend this location!
