Best ice cream ever!!!! I am an ice cream snob when I’m on vacation. I have to have it every day and I walked miles to that ice cream parlor this week the owner and the boy Jake that worked there was such awesome people too. I will definitely be back. I went tonight because I’m leaving in the morning sorted caramel chunk.!!!! you will not be disappointed

I was at the Orland Park Original Rainbow Cone location today. I grew up going to the location on Western Ave. The ice cream at this location (Orland) is just as delicious as I remember from my childhood. Also, I dropped the ice cream off of my cone only a few bites in. One of the staff members (possibly the manager) noticed immediately, helped clean up, and provided another ice cream cone for me free of charge. The staff was kind and helpful and the facility was very clean. Definitely recommend a visit.

It was fun to try the rainbow, but the ice cream flavours are really old school and not good. It was 10 dollars for a rainbow ice cream in a cone.

Today Thursday September 5th 2024 at 8:30 PM. I was waiting in line to get service for 28 min without anyone showing up to provide any service. I was ignored, no one cares to provide service, terrible this is very sad they are careless about customer service very poor customer satisfaction the lady on the side just said the guy may be in the back I would recommend checking who was neglecting his job and at least minimum have a conversation with the crew to try provide a good service or at least a pleasant experience, your service truly can improve I hope you take this in consideration because you guys are loosing business due to lack of customer attention

Carmen was super sweet! Love this location always love the ice cream will be back here soon.
