I’m new to Chicago, I’ve been here twice and I cannot say enough about this place. The food is phenomenal and the drink selection is amazing. The crowd is good and the prices aren’t bad either. The staff here is so kind, it’s been such a positive experience!!

I don’t how to reply to the reply but I specifically asked the girl for an iced coffee. She charged me for a cold brew but yet what she gave me what coffee and ice…..how is that a cold brew? Then on top of that I originally asked her for the iced coffee and regular medium black coffee.. she forgot to charge me/give me the black coffee.. I reminded her of it. The attitude in the beginning was unprofessional to say the least. I come here on occasions to get coffee and a breakfast sandwich and never have issues other than today.
