Quaint and laid back atmosphere with exceptional 5 star food! Love the open kitchen concept too.

Tried this place out for the first time. Cheese sticks were not crunchy as I like them. Nothing special. Marinara sauce lacked flavor and was runny but was a bit acidic. Cheese bread with smoked mozzarella was soft without much texture with the same runny dipping sauce. For the main I ordered the chicken parm with spaghetti. The chicken was cooked fine but again lacked any flavor. Spaghetti was cooked properly. It was a thin spaghetti which I added my own olive oil which made it better. Side of steamed broccoli was ok. Not as fresh as I would have liked but maybe the best part of the meal. Overall the experience was underwhelming and void of any taste. For dessert I ordered the chocolate lava cake. I’ve had better from pizza joints. Needless to say I won’t order from this place again. If you aren’t a fan of seasonings this is prob the place and order for you.

The shrimp fettuccine Alfredo was soooooo good and super filling! I only had a couple of bites of the food and I was instantly full. The portion sizes were very generous and worth my hard earned money. Definitely will be returning very soon!

A.J. made our first and hopefully not last visit to Pasta Bowl extra great. Greeted us at the door and seated us quickly. Ordered two different dinners since we are staying nearby and wanted leftovers. Chicken Fettuccine with Chicken and one dish with Farfelle with sun dried tomatoes . Excellent!!! Huge portions with some French bread slices. A. J. came back frequently to check on us and because we traveled from across the country , treated us to Tiramisu, how kind and wow so delicious!! Definitely would love to visit again. Everything about our visit was great and memorable!

I ordered takeout from The Pasta Bowl in Lincoln Park and it definitely hit the spot! The garlic bread was fresh and tasty, though I personally would’ve loved a bit more garlic punch. But the real star was the Chicken Conchiglie Gorgonzola—absolutely outstanding! Rich, creamy, and full of flavor. Will definitely be back to try more from the menu!

We are from out of town and woke up craving pasta..I am more than pleased to have found this gem!! We shared a chicken fettuccine Alfredo and side salad..the pasta was a 15/10!! One of the best fettuccines I’ve ever had!! Kudos to the chef!! Will definitely come back when we are in town again! Don’t miss out!

Came to this location one day for lunch with a friend and for it to be my 1st time it was great. Cameron was really nice and sweet she took her time going over the different pastas and I chose the chicken Alfredo with jalapeños in it. It wasn’t spicy as I thought but it was a great balance and tolerable I will definitely return

I’m just officially done with pasta bowl-the food quality has been on a steady decline and is so inconsistent. They sent some terribly dry, bland, sauceless, bare pasta today-the farfelle pollo. Something we’ve ordered often, but wont be anymore because once again-just poor quality and dry. Save your money. Order from elsewhere. It had about 2 and a half sun-dried tomatoes in it, barely any sauce…just bad. Last chance, I just wanted to see if they’d improved because I used to like them-but nope!

Large portions, quality food, and reasonable prices! You can definitely split a dish and both leave full!

What we ordered:
- Strawberry, Walnut & Pear Salad ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️4/5
- Fargfalle Pollo ⭐️⭐️⭐️💫3.5/5

Love this place. The food is top notch. But the servers here are entitled to a minimum tip. Two weeks ago me and my girlfriend went to eat here. We are international students and we cant work here. But we try to enjoy with whatever we have and roam places. The server was all good with us. We had the Alfredo Chicken Penne Paste with the veggies and a coke. The bill came up to $26 and we rounded it off to $30. The waiters face changed. He asked what happened and if he did anything wrong. We said no. He said okay then he slammed something on our table and started clearing it. Read us guys. We would love to give but we have limited resources here. Not everyone is loaded. Few of us would just like to have a simple meal. Just serve us our dish if you think we can’t tip. Don’t run around doing some sort of circus. Felt embarrassed. Love the place but don’t feel like going there anymore. I hope tha mindset changes.

The food is delicious but I paid 95 dollars for a plate of shrimp scampi and pesto pasta and two pieces of cheese cake that’s ridiculous and I’m never eating there again just stick to Olive Garden shame on y’all

A very cool place, very tasty food, magical pasta, large portions, atmospheric, they cook before your eyes, and special thanks to the waiter Aje, his service, care and great mood filled our visit with additional positivity! We will definitely come back, we haven't tried dessert yet, there wasn't enough room for it)))
