This is likely my favorite Chicago coffee shop. So nice coming off the brown line and switching to the Metra. Often I will stop for 30 min to have a cup of coffee to read a book in between trains.

This is the coffee shop closest to my house so I want to love and support it for obvious reasons. But too often I leave disappointed. More than once I have left with a cappuccino that is inedible. Today I ordered a few things - one being a small cup of cold milk for my three year old. They charged me $4.40 and the cup could not have been more than 12 ounces. That means a gallon of milk at The Perfect Cup costs $47?? All they did was pour milk in a cup, that’s outrageous. The attitude from the cashier when I questioned the cost left a bad taste in my mouth too.
