The staff here are so knowledgeable, and the drinks delicious. Highly recommend both the cocktails they have on their menu, but also asking them to create something special for you.

I’m writing this the morning after because I can’t stop thinking about dinner at The Press Room in West Loop.

The drinks were absolutely delicious, and the secret cocktail of the day was explained so eloquently it made me feel like I was in on something exclusive.

But the star was the food. The skirt steak came out perfectly charred on the outside, juicy and tender inside, with a bright, herby chimichurri that lit it up with flavor. The...

The drinks were really great but the music is so loud it is impossible to carry on a conversation. Service was also terrible. It wasn’t that crowded but I had to keep flagging down our waiter who was sitting behind the bar to take our order, bring the bill, etc. I was very excited about this spot and left quite disappointed. The food was expensive and not all that good. Sadly won’t return.
