From the host stand to our runner and Kevin, our server, it was stellar. If I could give 6 stars for service, I would!!! And as per usual, the food was superb and beyond reproach. Publican can take the most old dishes and imbue them with originality & freshness that just leaves preconceptions in the dust. Publican is the best. And thanks for being open on a cold & blustery January winter day. And with a smile too!

Went for brunch and the table enjoyed the omelet with Boursin cheese (something we will try and replicate as well as multiple orders of the 2 eggs with breakfast potatoes and bacon/sausage. All items were delicious. The mezcal cocktail was quite tasty.

Went in for dinner last night and everything was amazing! The fried mushroom and sweet potato sides were excellent. We got the pavlova for dessert, it was the perfect little sweet bite at the end of a wonderful meal!
