Above average bar food. Cheesesteak and tots were excellent - as good as or better than most you'll get in Philly. Skillet cookie was also solid. Bartender was attentive. Went on a Tuesday night for what I thought was music bingo but just turned out to be regular bingo which was a little lackluster but it's big and a nice place. I'd go back.

Total heat and eat food straight off the back of a Sysco truck, Not much better than DQ Brazier but at Roscoe Village prices. We've been dining here for twenty plus years, when it was Red and Riverview. Avoid avoid avoid!

Food is solid, beer menu is broad, and the music is quiet. However, the service is the worst Iâve ever seen at a Chicago bar. Even when the restaurant is mostly empty, it took 15 minutes to get a beer â seemed like they donât actually use the main bar to serve drinks. If they could figure out the service problem, itâd be my go to spot to watch a game or meet friends for drinks.

We hosted an engagement party at The Reveler last month in their Wine Room. We hosted about 25 people and the room was ample in size. The room had it's own bar, and by reserving the room, we also had our own bartender.
It was very easy to work with Drew to reserve room, set up the time, beverage package and select food.
The day of the party, everything was great! The room was clean and set up nicely for us, and it offered the privacy we were looking for. The food we selected was all very good (and the veggie platter was amazing huge and fresh!)
Olivia our bartender was welcoming, helpful, nice and super easy to work with. She was very accommodating, always available, and cleaned up when she wasnât tending bar for the guests.
If we ever need another place to host an event, we would definitely be back!

apps were good. mediocre service, food took 45 minutes and half the table had to cancel our orders because food didnât come out in time and we had to leave. if youâre a bar and you canât get a couple burgers and sandwiches out in time, whatâre you doing? we went for bingo night and apparently the bingo person called out and we were told that at 7:30. bizarre that theyâd try and advertise bingo night and even though barely anyone was there, food still took forever to come out AND they didnât even host the event. would not recommend. definitely never coming back.

Arguably one of the worst restaurants in Roscoe Village. Medicore food at best, Terrible Service, and it's a ghost town whenever I go in there unless there's an event. Used to come here, because I lived close. Not anymore

We had so much fun at the Reveler and our server was absolutely wonderful. I wish I got her name so I could give her a shoutout. The only unenjoyable part of our experience was the refsâ bias. Nachos were a hit.
Kid-friendliness: We were using foul language (for a good reason) that may not be suitable for children. I would not want my kids repeating that lol

I wish I could give this place more than 5 stars!!! The staff is so kind and attentive, incredible game day environment (Go Gamecocks!), they give away the BEST raffle prizes, the food and drinks are great. Couldnât have asked for a better place!!
