The worst service I've ever experienced. It was actually unbelievable.

1. It took 30-40 minutes for anyone to take our drink order or even acknowledge we were there, the only reason they eventually took our order was because we flagged down a waitress. It was like pulling teeth.

2. They charge for refills of Pepsi. I've never seen this in my life. Plus they didn't pay attention to my drink, I had to leave my table and walk up to the bar whenever I needed a refill. The waitresses and bartenders were huddled in a corner texting, while customers were waiting.

3. At the bar I asked the bartender for a refill of my Pepsi. He overfilled it, Pepsi everywhere, sticky cup, and he handed it to me. I looked at him like he was crazy, then I asked for a napkin to wipe my drink glass clean because he wasn't going to, he said we don't have any napkins. At this point I am MIND BLOWN at how bad this service is.

4. Finally as we were leaving, our receipt had a "Delivery Fee" on it. Bro what. A delivery fee? We ate inside the restaurant.

5. Overall it was easily the worst dining experience I've ever had. I've never made an online review for anything but this was so bad I needed to tell someone.

French Fries were decent. I'm never going back and neither should you.

I don’t understand how they can screw up so many things at once. Everyone in the place had to go to the bar to order, ask for napkins and cutlery due to the lack of service. The servers just stood at the end of bar talking and vaping. When you were lucky enough to have one help you, they were extremely rude. Our food came incorrect and took forever. You can tell no one who works here cares the slightest. The mimosas tasted awful as well. It so bad it almost felt purposeful. Like so bad guys.

The River is such a great place if you’re trying to enjoy the food, service and atmosphere. Karaoke Wednesday was such a blast! Definitely recommend!

The bartenders and staff at the river are incredible! Karaoke on Wednesdays is a blast and Eddie, Dan, and the whole crew are a huge part of what makes the night so fun! 💜 try the patty melt!

Burger and fries are amazing, so was the caprese salad! Omg and the draft cider and the bartenders and the karaoke. Just top notch all around!

Was dining in not too long ago and it was not worth it. Food took over an hour and was cold by the time it reached our table. Service was outrageous, couldn’t find our server, and tried getting attention from another server but she had the worst attitude. Im really dissatisfied with the service. Don’t spend your money here.

i’ve come here with friends to watch a football game - expectations low for a bar like this… Had to wait over an hour for our “wings” ! Above average wait times for below average food..
