I wish I could leave a better rating because we’ve been loyal customers of Roost for many years, but the service has become extremely disappointing. Lately, almost every order is missing items. If you order more than one thing, there’s always an issue. One order the peach cobbler was missing, and in multiple other orders the fries were missing.
This has happened at least five times now. One mistake is understandable, but repeated carelessness is not. It’s frustrating to pay for food you don’t receive, especially when it feels like orders aren’t being checked before the bag is sealed. The food tastes good, but the ongoing issues with missing items make this place hard to trust anymore.

This place is seriously so good. Finally tried the Caesar salad and it did not disappoint! Good service and love the drink deals — $2 beer $4 cocktails, every day…..And schlitz on draft…….even better! They have trivia on tuesdays at 7 (info I struggled to find online). I wish I lived closer; I would genuinely come here every day if I could! Yum yum yum

First time visit and they're already a fav! I had the sunrise biscuit sandwich and it was phenomenal! The biscuit was moist and the spicy chicken was a perfect heat level! Sebastian was a delight! He helped us pick the flavors and ended up stirrups is with an order of the Dirty Bird to share..Mac, fries, chicken, pepper and sauce HEAVEN! The Strawberry Palmer tea needs to be in stores! We even took food home!

Absolutely had an amazing experience here tonight! The Carolina sandwich was incredible. I loved the generous amount of pimento cheese and the hot honey. I ordered it spicy and the chicken had incredible flavor, it was nice and crispy and juicy. I ordered a side of Mac and cheese and it was very creamy. I can’t believe all the cocktails are $4, they were delicious. Cheerwine is something nostalgic for me, my sister lived in North Carolina and i used to get it there. Loved the cheerwine margarita. Beers are only $2 as well. Tuesday was trivia night, and we had a blast. Host was so kind and fun. He gave us peach cobbler and banana pudding, both were so delicious. My friends loved their tacos, and the Panama City style sandwich. I can’t wait to come back here and try more food!! Loveeee!!

This place is nothing like it used to be. Chicken don't taste the same and don't even have whole pieces of chicken anymore. I was sooooo disappointed when I went a couple months ago. Bring back the regular pieces of chicken and recipe pleases. Service was good that's why I'm giving 2 stars.
