I celebrated My Birthday with friends at The Soul Food Lounge II (Southside Location). I met Tiffany Burrell, she was very welcoming and attentive to our needs. I Love the vibe and atmosphere was chill, the music was pefect for a Midday Lunch. The food presentation was top tier, and the food was very favorable and portions were huge . I ordered the Shrimp A La Florentine with Mango lemonade and infused Cucumber water. I was so full I needed a to go bag. I highly recommend this restaurant. Next up the Westside location for dinner with Chef Quentin Love

Food was so delicious and flavorful! I went for my friend’s Birthday and we had a really nice time. The atmosphere is cozy and elegant. The service was pleasant and attentive. We even met the owner who is very sweet. I saw good reviews and Gary Owen’s talk about it on his comedy show. That is what really drove it home and helped me narrow down this spot for the celebration. Thank you, and I hope you always keep good quality service for everyone.

Just know if you’re light skin or white you’ll be getting your food 2 hours after everyone is served. My two aunts went this past weekend just for this place , they was there for a hour and half and didn’t receive nothing. They watched everyone get served. It took for them to get up and about to leave for them to say sorry and take care of them. That’s so sad because they heard so much great things about this place. Please do better , if any one should know how racism feels it should be this place so to treat some one bad because of there race is sad.

Met family here while visiting home from Arizona. It was my first time here. The 3 plate brunch special was delicious. The mimosas were plentiful and I'm still thinking about the cheesecake 2+ weeks later! This is a must try spot. The owner stopped at the table to say hello and was so very warm and welcoming. I will definitely be back.

Great atmosphere and staff. I went to the west side location for brunch and couldn’t stop talking about the experience and food. I tried the grand tasting menu for dinner at the south side location and everything I had was disappointing. Even the pound cake was over salty and inedible. I still hope to try the west side menu again.
