Went with a couple friends and even though it was the annual Chicago open house day (they had sign in the window they were participating) they wouldn’t let us in. All we wanted to do was spend money and eat some food but I guess wearing a Mexican flag on your shirt and speaking Spanish was enough for us to not even be let in. RUDE!

Love the Sterling Food Hall and all of the delicious vendors! Great for groups of coworkers, friends, or families. You can satisfy the picky eaters (littles and adults) without compromising on options for the more adventurous eaters.

My lower rating isn't for the food. It's good and inexpensive for the loop. However, as my sister found out when we went, the restrooms are only available if you purchase something, and you have to make sure to get a receipt from your purchase to get a code. First off, why not just make your restrooms free to use for anybody? But more than that, if you are going to require a purchase to use the restroom, why do at least some of the stalls here have an option to not get a receipt at all?
I won't discourage others from going here, since the food is solid, as I mentioned. However, they do need to rethink this bathroom policy.
Good music, food, and vibes.

Smoothie place was awesome. Lovely customer service and the granola bowl I got was chock full of fresh fruit and tasted great. Convenient location in the loop and great vibes for quick dining.
