The pizzas we ordered were delicious tasting however there seems to be an issue with under crust consistency. When we received our pizzas both of the under carriages were WET. like they produced a bunch of steam or something on the metal serving pan. The topping and taste were really good and they were not shy with the toppings. I would have it again but maybe asked for it well done or something? Either way it's worth stopping by.

Great food and friendly vibes, but be prepared for a warm, breezy (and buggy) atmosphere. It was pretty hot inside with no A/C and the doors open, which let in some mosquitos. Though to be fair, they always find me.

Still, the food was great. We tried the burgers, salads, and pizza, and everything was genuinely delicious. Burgers and garlic knots were the best!

The service was kind and welcoming, though not super knowledgeable about the menu or beers. Also, the server depended on us to remember what we ordered and some of us started eating the wrong salads (main dish versus side salads).

Overall, a solid spot. Maybe bring bug spray if you’re mosquito-prone and sitting inside (or out) on a summer night.

Unwelcoming service, I was overlooked and wasn’t greeted even while standing at the counter. It gave racism and/or sexism.
Especially when she/cashier attended to all the men first before speaking to me.
Not sure if someone called off and she was overwhelmed however, first impression last.

The pizza look and taste rushed as though they threw it together. It had too much pepperoni which was salty & of low quality plus the dough wasn’t fully cooked.
Pizza sauce has good flavor.
Won’t be returning

Pizza was nowhere near as good as it should be for the price. There are much better options throughout Logan/Bucktown/Wicker. I didn't try the burger.

Favorite spot in the neighborhood - I’m ultra picky about pizza and not a huge fan of tavern style - StopAlong and Jimmy’s have the best NY style in town.

Their burger is what I compare all other burgers to. It’s the standard.

We really enjoyed burgers at The Stopalong! Large, juicy not too crisped smash burger patties and perfectly melted American cheese. Good quality bread including their gluten free bun! The only thing I didn’t love was the stringy texture of their caramelized onions.

Hot and fresh french fries. Good quality cheese on the cheese fries! Quick and friendly service. Worth a stop in a neighborhood full of great burger options!
