I’ve worked in the hospitality industry and I’ve truly never dealt with a bouncer this rude.
We walked over from an engagement party across the street and had two small boxes of flowers with us. It was freezing outside, and while we were pulling our IDs out, the bouncer was already irritated that they weren’t immediately in our hands—even though we had just come in from negative temps with purses and bags.
His only explanation was that he had “250 people inside,” and he spoke to us like we should have automatically known we weren’t allowed to bring anything in. There was zero attempt to communicate kindly or explain the situation. Instead, we were abruptly turned away and sent right back out into the cold.
I completely understand rules and policies—but there’s no excuse for being that dismissive. I’ve never been here before, and based on this interaction alone, I won’t be back.

Homie literally stole 5 bucks from me…I handed him 10 and asked him to make change. He gave me 5 ones, and when I pointed it out he said ‘hey lady you just asked for change’. Not sure what that was about.

weird that they do last call immediately before making patrons leave … perhaps do last call earlier ! I don’t like to chug drinks or buy things I cannot consume! but the service is fantastic otherwise

12/01/2023 The doorman gave me attitude, I was sitting waiting for 5friends and after 4min that I was waiting for them, the doorman told me "if you are not ordering, you gotta leave"... the bar is half empty and hearing "you gotta leave" is so disrespectful.
