13th Floor! The Up Room located in the Robey Hotel in the Wicker Park area. A Very cozy intimate and beautiful rooftop. Views from the rooftop were breathtaking! Had an aviation and the cocktails were good, but overall the views at night are unbeaten. This is easily one of the coolest and best views in the city. Would strongly recommend for a date or just to have a low key night with people who are visiting. The views and the ambiance remind you of a rooftop bar you'd find in Europe. The music is great but not over the top that you cant have a conversation with the people you are with. Overall worth the price of the cocktails.

Cocktails are good. Beer selection surprisingly uninspiring (Tecate, Heineken, Goose IPA) considering how many great Chicago options there are out there.
