First off, I am a certified carnivore. I always said you’d have a better chance of Godzilla rising out of Lake Michigan than me going Vegan. An acquaintance of mine opened a Vegan Fast Food restaurant. I want to support my people but the Vegan part held me back. One day I decided to just take the leap and try it out.

I ordered the 10 Piece Fried Hard with Mild Sauce, which are 12 sliced mushrooms fried with fries. I first tried the mushrooms without sauce...
