Alli was the best server we’ve ever had!! Warm, attentive, knowledgeable and fun! Made our first night out in Chicago so amazing! All the food was amazing, especially the salmon and the meatballs. Old fashions were wonderful, and normally I don’t get excited by vanilla ice cream but it was as remarkable. Great atmosphere and plan to return!

Found this place on an Apple Maps search while in the area. Loved the burgers and the meatball sub. Hearty portions!

The DJ on the night on September 20/morning of September 21 sucks! His music selection is outdated and singular (one genre). He’s also rude.
My spouse and I enjoyed dinner here before attending a show at Second City. It's a large space with indoor and outdoor seating. We had early reservations (5:30) and accidentally arrived earlier still due to less traffic than we expected on Friday rush hour, but they got us right in.
Since it was happy hour, we took advantage! Cocktails were excellent, as were the lobster deviled eggs. My spouse ordered the vegan torta, which he said was excellent. I had the cauliflower steak, which was delicious -- especially the puree it was plated on (honestly, I wish there had been more of it!).
The place was completely full and quite loud when we left. Service had, of course, slowed down as it got busier. It took us a while to get our check -- we actually thought our waitress had forgotten, but she was just busy.
All in all, it was a nice place, but I'd avoid it after 6 on Friday nights if you have a schedule to keep.
