The chicken entree was so over cooked it was ineditable. The manager came over to apologize and said he'd be back over in a minute to see if I wanted something else. He never came back. The waiter seemed uncomfortable checking in on usm Things like this happen and it's how they handie the situation. In this case the food and service failed

My date and I had the best time here. No flaws. The service was amazing. Our server was not only attentive, but other staff kept our water constantly filled, and brought us new, clean plates quickly (and they were nice and toasty). The prices were more than reasonable, the appetizer (kalbi egg rolls) had us sold from the first bite. The kimchi sauce was so tasty and flavorful, the beef was hot and perfectly cooked. My date is also not a fan of smoked salmon but loved the salmon on rye special they were having. I could not fault this place at all. Even though I'm only here in Chicago for a few more days, this is the one place I want to come back to before I leave. Great drinks, great prices, great vibe. Booths are adorable.

Had a really nice lunch at The Warbler. The space is warm, calm, and welcoming, with a relaxed neighborhood feel.
The food was fresh and well balanced. The grilled salmon salad was light and flavorful, the fried chicken was crispy and juicy, and the burger was simple but done right juicy patty, soft bun, melted cheese, and good pickles.
Drinks were refreshing and service was friendly and easygoing. A great spot for a casual lunch, meeting friends, or enjoying a meal on your own.
Would definitely come back.

Wow, this place just nailed it. The Holy Trinity of dining out is food, drinks and service and this was 5/5 across the board. What stood out to us on a busy night was how well organized the staff was. Our server was friendly and knew the menu. We sat across from the kitchen and watched the food come out like clockwork while the line chefs smiled and joked with each other. Can't wait to go back.

I’ve had the pleasure of dining at The Warbler a few times now and they have the trifecta in my opinion - consistently good food at fair prices with great service. Both their lunch and dinner selections are super delicious (the Kalbi Egg Rolls on the dinner menu are a standout). I would recommend it to anyone in the area!

Disappointed. I was very excited to visit, based on the reviews. Sadly the vibe was not there for us, we were given a corner table with the inability to see or interact with a third guest as you’re hidden in a corner? It’s a strange table. To make matters worse, this table is in a room where small children and infants are also hosted, and there is no sound absorption. Our server was friendly but a very poor time manager, as a result we didn’t get to eat three of our courses at the table or we would’ve missed our concert. We arrived at 5:15 and had to leave at 6:50, this should be a reasonable amount of time as we were told when we ordered our food when we were seated. The drinks were a 6/10 and in a city where the competition is strong- this place is a no for me. Utterly dissatisfied.

I would like to highlight the delightful taste in every dish they serve in this place. We received about 5 different plates between appetizers and entrees. First time going here and definitely going back and will order my mushroom soup. 🍲 My appreciation to the chef.

The food and service were great, but the place was really very cramped. I could hear every conversation from every other table in the room. Honestly, they had an extra row in the middle of the room, which increases their seating capacity, but really kills the mood. I felt like I was in a free food convention. If you don't mind the noise, then you should definitely try their food.
