I work for a non-profit organization, and I was referred by a great friend of mines to try this establishment, and when I say the wraps was phenomenal ?? I literally almost overdosed off the turkey and catfish wraps. Everyone who attended my training was extremely satisfied! Great place to eat if you are looking for wraps.Grateful patronAl Stinson
I had a salmon spinach wrap and asked for jerk sauce. I wanted a smoothie but the machine was broken. The wrap was very tasty. The service was good, the young man was helpful.

The jerk Chicken wrap was actually very good but the catfish wrap which is what the black foodies on YouTube said that was so great. It was not for me it's a no for me maybe she prepared it extra special because they were doing videos but for the prices that she charged the food does not add up so sorry but I have to tell the truth people work hard for their money

The wrap was terrible and thrown together. The service was extremely slow. I had higher expectations and thought that they would be comparable to other wrap cafes in Bronzeville. I would not go back.

Walked in and was completely ignored by the two females at the front counter. I stood there looking at both of them and you would’ve thought I was INVISIBLE. They looked everywhere but me then one yelled out past me to speak to someone else. It was unreal I just turned around and left.
This establishment is hands down one of the best restaurants i have ever eaten at. The perfect end to our girls trip weekend! Everyone ordered something different and every one of us could not believe the flavor that was bursting on our taste buds! Amiyah took our order and she was just the sweetest person ever. We also got to meet the chef as she personally brought out some of our food. And we all sang her praises! You will be doing yourself a disservice if you do come to the wrap and roll cafe!

I found this place on instagram so I finally decided to try it out. I went here yesterday and the j*** chicken wrap was great and also the tacos were good. Only thing negative that I can say was the customer service from a young female staff member. Upon arrival she was in the lobby on the phone very loud and when I was ready to order, she walked over still on the phone as if I was interrupting her. Very unprofessional but great food!!

First time going in, the service overall was okay! One of the workers at the register had her head down in her phone the whole time until the young lady who assisted me (which was very attentive asked her ) asked her a question. But anywho the food is what I came in for and it was so damn good! I got the catfish wrap. The catfish was seasoned and the fish was of good portion (whereas u go to other places it’s more lettuce and other condiments than protein) everything was good that they recommended the way to get the wrap besides the peppers(I don’t like peppers) but it was still really good. I would def come back again on my lunch for sure.

Went to Wrap & Roll today for lunch I got the Philly Steak wrap, Buffalo chicken eggrolls and Purple rain drink. Everything was delicious, the meat was season to perfection & I ended up with a bad case of the eyetis. The purple rain drink ain't nothing but sweet grape Kool-aid. But overall I loved it.

I had went here a few weeks ago and immediately when I walked in, I seen a young toddler sitting on the floor playing with blocks and a young woman was sitting at the front counter and was very unprofessional. She kept complaining her stomach was hurting amongst other things. I wanted to order the cheddar broccoli soup and was told "we ain't got none right now". So i then ordered the Philly egg roll and small nachos. I must say the food was provided very quickly as I believe they microwaved it as I have never received my order that fast from any other establishment. When I received my order, the person at the front desk said "here you go" and I said thank you and left.I did not like the food as it was very salty to my taste and the nachos was very sloppy and sloggy to where I couldn't enjoy it and ended up throwing it away. I don't think I will go back there ever again. I hope the professionalism and customer service change for the better or this establishment may close down.
