I just chomped down on that salmon wrap like I haven't eaten in months. It was so good. My food was delivered by Grubhub and I like that my brown paper bag was stapled closed. Some places don't secure your food. Will definitely switch up after ordering the salmon wrap a couple more times.
I went to The Wrap Bar yesterday for another salmon wrap. I don't know if it was rushed or what but it was not the same. Just okay. I deducted two stars from my original five star review because I hate inconsistency. I won't be back.

I tried a sandwich and as a veteran I always ask if they honor military discounts, as I enjoy my benefits for fighting for my country. The cashier responded with âthis is the cheapest food youâre gonna findâ. I wasnât looking for cheap food I was looking for recognition for my service. It was a distasteful remark. I love their sandwiches and their buffalo egg rolls however due to their service hours its difficult to get a hold of them to order. Their phones are never connected, they close down ubereats and DoorDash at certain points so you canât order for delivery. They also close early so itâs difficult to even physically get there due to work schedules. They have great hoagies I hope the restaurant doesnât close down due to their limited availability.

Got the grilled chicken salad, Malalaâs jerk chicken wrap, and the 3-piece jerk chicken egg rolls. The salad was fresh and the wrap was delicious with great flavor. The egg rolls were tasty, though smaller than expectedâmore appetizer-sized than a full portion. Overall, a really good experience and Iâd order again.

I called up there about the problem. She said that the cashier always repeat the order back to the customer. I informed her that, that never happened! The cashier just told me the total. Today was my first time trying this place. First impressions are really important. There was a line so that's a good indicator that the food will be good. I order a jerk chicken wrap with all the filling in the veggie wrap. It was delicious actually but I found it odd to find a small piece of boiled egg in it. I also fill jerk sauce should be included with jerk anything. It was a bit of a wait and seem that delivery services hold precedent. Then orders that came in after me got their order for me and then they asked what my order number was like the totally forgot my order all together. I didn't get a good vibe from the workers in the front. Customer service needs work but this place in a gem for our community. Check them out. And those red velvet cookies are bussin!

I ordered a jerk salmon salad from The Wrap Bar, but when I got back to work and opened my order, I realized I had been given a jerk chicken salad instead. The receipt simply said âjerk salad,â with no clear indication of whether it was chicken or salmon.
When I called to address the issue, the staff tried to justify it by saying that âif you had ordered this before, you would have known it was jerk chicken.â That response was disappointing. A menu or receipt should clearly designate what youâre paying forâchicken and salmon are two very different items. Not every customer is a regular, and new customers should be able to order confidently without having to guess.
The food might be fine, but the lack of clarity in labeling and the dismissive response to a mistake makes me hesitant to return. Clearer receipts and better customer service would go a long way
