Amazing food, but the delivery is terrible. How is 2.6 miles out of range? Why can I order for delivery some days and others I can only do pick up. You’ll make more money when you learn how to deliver consistently. Y’all finna blow me. Also why are there tomatoes on the Caesar wrap when I order in store, but none online? Besides that I love the food.

Small business with a variety of wrap opinions. I got a chicken Ceasars wrap with jerk chicken my husband got the crispy chicken wrap. Both VERY tasty. We will be returning!!

The food is good but it takes forever even a simple hoagie and multiple people who came in after me got their food before me

The food is really good, but the service was terrible. This was my first time coming and I arrived as soon as they opened. Before being greeted I had to listen to the cashier complain about a body part hurting. They don’t ask you if it’s your first time or pretend to be excited that you’re spending your money with them. My friend and I ordered the same thing but her order took significantly longer. She was #4, they were handing out orders in the 50’s, but I had my food. There was no apology for the wait, and no one cared until she asked for a refund. We were even asked not to stand near the sign for picking up orders but only after we complained. Even after that it seemed like the attitude was just take your food and go. I hope the owner wasn’t there because I can’t imagine hearing people complain about service and not address it, but I’ve also noticed that the bad reviews don’t have replies. You may be able to continue to thrive, but retention should matter.

I️ love the food at the Wrap Bar. The Salmon Wrap, The Chicken Wings, The Quesadillas and Tacos are all so yummy. We also get the jerk chicken wrap. The food is made fresh. I️ just recently tried the salmon salad and it is sooooo good.

My neighbor Mrs. Jones placed a order for 2 full pans of Hoagies and upon arrival our order was ready for pickup. The hoagies were absolutely delicious, we've had the Hoagies before and everyone enjoyed them! Thank you for being prompt with our order! See ya next time!
