The Wrap bar food was great and the cookies were mind blowing. I will be back to get the same thing and more. I sat there for 45 minutes. It was a accident because they had so many orders of hot food. Due to that the owner gave me cookies. I was so appreciative.

Today was my first time trying this place. First impressions are really important. There was a line so that's a good indicator that the food will be good. I order a jerk chicken wrap with all the filling in the veggie wrap. It was delicious actually but I found it odd to find a small piece of boiled egg in it. I also fill jerk sauce should be included with jerk anything. It was a bit of a wait and seem that delivery services hold precedent. Then orders that came in after me got their order for me and then they asked what my order number was like the totally forgot my order all together. I didn't get a good vibe from the workers in the front. Customer service needs work but this place in a gem for our community. Check them out. And those red velvet cookies are bussin!

I ordered a jerk salmon salad from The Wrap Bar, but when I got back to work and opened my order, I realized I had been given a jerk chicken salad instead. The receipt simply said “jerk salad,” with no clear indication of whether it was chicken or salmon.
When I called to address the issue, the staff tried to justify it by saying that “if you had ordered this before, you would have known it was jerk chicken.” That response was disappointing. A menu or receipt should clearly designate what you’re paying for—chicken and salmon are two very different items. Not every customer is a regular, and new customers should be able to order confidently without having to guess.
The food might be fine, but the lack of clarity in labeling and the dismissive response to a mistake makes me hesitant to return. Clearer receipts and better customer service would go a long way

I’m very disappointed in this restaurant. I ordered a wrap and I’m so glad I looked before I took a bite. It was a huge roach in my food. They were so disrespectful. They did not care. They did not want to give me a refund. They also thought I was lying Never again. don’t give me wrong. The food was good until I found that in my food, I am very disgusted and irritated

Me and my husband came in Monday 7/21/25 after work. Knowing that they close at 6, I figured they would have a little crowd. I order the jerk wrap and he had the caesar wrap. I've ordered here a few times around the same time and never came across a problem. Wraps are perfect and meat well seasoned EVERYTIME!!!!! I love the consist of how the wraps are done. I pray that don't change. KEEP IT UP
