4/18/24 Has anyone noticed that the large supreme hoagies has changed it bread to a smaller size I thought they were using emergency bread at first until the next shipment comes but nooo I been back 3 different times and the hoagie is still small so basically they’re still charging full price for a large supreme but the sandwich looks like a small it’s more like a $7 sandwich to be honest…when I first started ordering from there the sandwich was huge and nearly falling out of the bag they are so small now I won’t be going back here ohhh yea I almost forgot watch out for the paper bags they use they will trick you into thinking the sandwich is huge by putting it in large paper bags here’s my two large hoagies supreme they are so small and cute

The customer service and attitude at The Wrap Bar is SO bad it demolish the taste of the food and the experience. You come and order your food the way you want it and if it’s incorrect it’s a problem . They have the ticket in their hand and still make it wrong and have the nerve to be upset because you want your food the way you ordered it. Never Again

Ordered 3 pound cakes , 5 jerk wraps . Food is amazing but the service ? Makes you not want to come back & spend your $ . You walk in & they just stare at you / go to the back .
The Hoagie on The Grove was absolutely magnificent!!! They definitely use fresh ingredients , even the ? you can tell was just baked !!! Also the cookies are incredible , homemade , soft , and tasty. As a former fat kid I approve , of this establishment will be back again.

I ordered a crispy chicken Caesar and it was good but It was somewhat dry. It just needed a little more dressing. The French fries weren't fresh and the cake was stale.

My first time going to The Wrap Bar, the service was great, it didn't take long for my food to be ready. I had the Supreme Hoagie, and it was delicious. I will definitely be patronizing this establishment again.

The food is good don’t get me wrong but I work hard for my money. If I give you an order and you read it back to me verbatim, then I expect to have everything I ordered. Why I order a crispy chicken Caesar salad with peppers and extra dressing amongst other things. Why I get back to work, mouth wet and ready to eat all to realize that I got a dry salad with no salad dressing nor extra as I paid for. Nor did they put the peppers on it. ITS ON THE ORDER TICKET CANT YOU ALL READ! Or are you too busy with your personal conversations that the patrons have to hear while waiting til extinction to get your food.You try to call and place an order but no one picks up. Go figure it’s black owned. WE HAVE TO DO BETTER people!!!!!!

I was skeptical trying a new place but I Haven't had a Chicken Caesar Wrap in YEARS since my old neighborhood place shut down but this place really exceeded my expectations! im so glad I found it! I will be coming more often and trying more things keep up the great work the food was delicious, very flavorful and came as described on the menu.. also very great prices ❤️?
