Great experience, it will be great if they added more healthier food options, everything is fried
Love it plenty of TV’s we went to the the Canelos boxing fight and the atmosphere was amazing!! Crowded but with a great and fast service. We were in the second floor.
Foods delicious, bartenders and servers really nice, and atmosphere perfect for any sports fan, especially formula 1 fans on the weekends 🏎
Great beer prices and the turkey sandwich was incredible!
Just an average sports bar. The $3 mimosas were great but food was just average. It was fresh just unseasoned. It wasn’t a “brunchy “ place. Nothing super special.
Pretty terrible food. Great service and staff though.
Ok first of all, we showed up on NFL Draft night at 7pm and it was PACKED. Someone at door greeting every customer, amazing. Got us a table upstairs, second person seating tables upstairs, amazing. Waitress had us drinks within 5 minutes, amazing. We were Leary of the food quality with how busy it was, they had to be serving 200+ people. Welp, all the food was AWESOME. We had boneless wings, carne asada sandwich, turkey sandwhich and nacho bites. All were well above average. Waffle fries top notch. Atmosphere is lively, tons of TVs with audio, lots of seating options. Highly recommend.
I went there for the F1 race in the morning. Best place to watch a race in the city. Great drinks great vibes. Great food great service couldn’t ask for a better Sunday race.
Amazing sportsbar. They went out of their way to help us put a hockey game of the germand second division on. The food was great as well!
I went to Theory to watch a Formula 1 Grand Prix race. The place is clean and inviting. They have TVs everywhere, so every seat is good. The servers were attentive and quick and proactively asked if we were good. The food is standard bar fare. Definitely nothing to Instagram about. There was nothing for the health-conscious on the menu. It's a great place to watch a race or a match with friends or to meet other fans to cheer with.

What a joke… ‘We’re not letting you in unless you hand over $5 cash’ — like it’s some exclusive VIP experience? Relax. It’s not even about the $5 — what if you just don’t have cash on you? Clown behavior. If you’re that broke, just say that. The spot next door is ten times better — cleaner, friendlier, and doesn’t beg at the door like it’s running a sidewalk hustle.
Great place to watch champions league games. We watched Arsenal Madrid. Service excellent, food ok I had a Mediterranean salad, and two Guinness pints. Great ambience and lots of TV screens
Can't say enough good things about Theory! Decided to come to this spot based on out of towner reviews with a group of 15 from San Diego to watch the Cubs home opener against the Padres. First off, the owner Joel is THE nicest guy and took care of us to make sure we had a great experience. The bar has wall to wall tvs -not one bad seat in place. Perfect location near main downtown hotels. The food was better than we expected. We tried the Mediterranean salad, carne asada sandwich, chicken wings, and waffle fries are a nice option. We had our own awesome setup in the back with sound on. Shout out to our fabulous waitress CJ who had the drinks flowing and provided excellent service. Couldn't have asked for a better Chicago sports bar experience. Highly recommend. Thank you for everything Joel!
It's my favorite consistent sports bar for March Madness - good people, good food, good vibes. They play the sound, switch to music at commercials and always take care of their customers. We've been coming here for 5+ years for sports event, specifically March Madness, & whenever we try a new place we end up saying... ‘We should have gone to Theory!'
A little pricey, but I enjoyed the service. The food came really quick and the drinks were great.
