We stumbled upon Third Rail after a Phish concert at the nearby United Center - a roughly 15-minute walk. It was the perfect atmosphere and just what we were looking for; warm and low light, decent enough music, happy staff. Our server was very friendly and attentive. The only reason for the 4- star rating was price. I realize it's Chicago, but we were surprised to pay $32 for 2 shots of bourbon (that includes tip). I'd go back but probably stick to beer or rail cocktail.
Thank you Andy, Ben, Noah, Teresa and Ryan for the amazing service and drinks at Third Rail! I’ve found my hangout spot with friendly staff, good food and all at a reasonable price for the location. Easy to get to and normally not too busy. Will continue to come back so see you soon!
