Terrible experience. Got there I guess a bit late for breakfast and was buffet only which was fine except there was little food available and was not fresh. We were seated and that was the last we saw of a server. Had to wait and ask 2x for coffee (and water). Did drop off our bill and disappeared. $62 for 2 for poor food and service. PASS.

The Google Page says open 24 hours but this location is not open outside of Breakfast hours of 6:30am to 10:00 am.

And Brunch Hours possibly at 11:30am to 2:00pm.

The Restaurant should probably placed that it's a Breakfast joint to avoid confusion. Thank you. ?

They had a breakfast buffet on the day we were there (Sunday morning), but we decided to order off of the a la carte menu. The omlettes were good, and the hashbrowns were nice and crispy. Toast was included. Would

Tina the chef and Tony provided above and beyond service. They were so friendly and helpful. They came to talk to us, asked us genuinely if we needed anything. They got us personalized omelette, and each a latte for Free. Well this was part of the international breakfast buffet. The ambience is fantastic. Beautiful big grand and super clean. The assortment of pastries ?, fruit ? ? ? ? , lox and capers, bacon ? eggs French toast. All so tasty. All of this for $24 buffet breakfast. Nice!

I took pancake and it turned out to be bacon pancake. No mention no label of that. Then staff didn’t apologize either. Breakfast buffet was a big time disappointment.

Run of the mill breakfast buffet. Decent selection of fruit, pastries, liquid-y scrambled eggs… Kinda pricey.

The most expensive Breakfast and the absolute worst experience I've ever had by far. How does a customer build their own omelette and that comes out wrong. Nothing I order was cooked the way I asked for it and the staff didn't care to fix it. I sent items back which never returned and the other items which were also wrong I just had to eat them, and trust me I was definitely charged for everything all though some of it I never received or tasted!I believe and I could be wrong, but because of its location in the McCormick place and the Hyatt they can care less about satisfying customers and building repeat business. Due to the Many visitors in and out of these two establishments.if I could I wouldn't give them a star period, let alone the third star. As a former restaurant owner this is the first time in my life, I left a restaurant without tipping!

The food was ok, but COLD, too expensive for what they offered $30 for the same type of food I get FREE at Comfort Inn And Suites breakfast buffet. Would not recommend.

I know breakfast at Chicago hotels is expensive but $28 for the Buffett is high for what you get. They did make omelette's out of sight and they were
