Thrd Coffee is a cute and cozy place with welcoming staff and live music on Thursday. The fall menu has great options like Iced Pumpkin Latte with oat milk and Toasted Marshmallow Matcha with oat milk. Drinks are pricey, but find them worth the $22 or more. The place is not terribly busy or noisy for reading or working, has plenty of seating and bar stools, and service is quick. Matcha and cortado are choices.
