This restaurant is not what it used to be 🫤 They tend to ignore African American customers and give bad service. I ask for duck and it came back over cooked almost burnt. When I complained they said I had ate some of it (2 pieces, I had one and my boyfriend had one) and could not give me a refund, they would make me another one if I wanted. I said ok but the cook came out and they were arguing in their language. Then the cook event back ands was arguing in the kitchen. My BF said I wouldn’t eat that if I were you, she might do something to it 😳 I told the lady I changed my mind and didn’t want it to just give me my money back. They charged me for HALF a duck 😠 Never going back, service was bad, they were rude to other customers, arguing amongst themselves in front of everyone. Nope, never again.
The front desk has horrible attitude very rude

Chinatown staple only worth (IMHO) stopping in if you’re in the area for a late night cheap eats. Nice customer service. Unfortunately eggrolls were frozen and the veg ones hardly had any veggies. Crab Rangoons had pink filling, did not like. Chicken Fried rice was good. (No pic)

Used to be my goto late night spot in the city for Chinese. Got takeout last night and was blown away by the decline in food quality. Some of the worst food I’ve had in my life. Service is good and I like the vibes of the place, but my god I cannot come back.

Its an oldies but goodie. But not as good as use to be. I have been twice in last couple of months because took 1st time my grandchildren to visit China town it was one of those 90 plus days.
They were open no air no windows open and few fans with over 60 people sweating like pigs try to eat. The service was awful that day.
Second time few weeks ago took my sister and family food and service ok. Not as good as many years and times before. Most of my old favorites family owned in China town. And unfortunately the owners getting old and their youngster dont want to keep them going so they have been closing. Lots of little small restaurants now. Some ni better than older neighborhood Chinese restaurants. Kinda sad.

I’ve ordered food twice in three months, I was hoping the front desk receptionist was having a bad day the first time, but tonight I realize that she hates African Americans. She was extremely rude, mean, and spoke down to me for the second time; I asked for condiments after I spent $65 dollars, she spoke with authority, and said, “no, it’s $10 cents per pack” and pushed my order to me. Now, this is when, I knew she hated African Americans, I called my best friend to talk about my experience, she had the same experience and described the same woman.
Three Happiness will not receive my business again.
Our people must stand together and spend our money, where our dollars will be respected.

DO NOT GO HERE. We did takeout at 10pm and ordered 15 minutes in advance for hot sour soup, chicken pan fried noodles and Chinese broccoli only to wait an additional 45 minutes for them to cook. The first 3 entrees I asked for they said they did not have. He had no recommendations when I inquired for help. There was no reason the food should have taken that long. The restaurant was empty and we were the only order. Very unsafe area and sketchy. The staff is rude and uneducated when it comes to their menu. The chicken tasted like rubber. The Chinese broccoli had way too much oyster sauce and the hot and sour soup was salty and gravy like with chunks of corn starch and no substance in it just brown food coloring. It says Cantonese restaurant in their title which is an embarrassment to our people. I will never order from here again or recommend it to anyone. It was our first and last time here.

We weren't sure where to order either to call up a server or to order up front and it got randomly cold inside but other than that, pretty nice and homey place to eat.
