So, it's no longer Tilted Kilt and is called Row Tavern. The feel of the place has changed for the better. Staff is super friendly even if you're not a regular. The food was great and the service was amazing. Truly a great change and I hope they are around for a long time given the impact of COVID-19. I know that I'll be back for sure.

This place is nice and roomy, the meals was yummy and the rates were very economical. fast, effective service and very personal staff members. Will definitely recommend this spot.

This place is a dump, the escalator is broken, the chairs are wobbly and the service was lacking. I could not recommend this place to anyone.
Service quality has gone down. Our party of 4 was not allowed to sit on a joint table for a fight. Just minutes later a party of 3 was allowed to sit in the exact same table. We ordered food and drinks while they did not. On top of this their was a cover charge at the door. Their is also an order minimum.

Love coming here to watch UFC fights. Great customer service but they now have a $5 cover charge to watch the fights. I don't mind it because everyone is friendly and has a great atmosphere. I wish they would keep their original menu instead of the special UFC menu they have. Highly recommend. Manager is awesome and very helpful.

No IPA'S were available for either can or draft. The sauce known as kilt burner is disgusting, sent the wings back because of that with a different flavor to try. After waiting for an unusual amount time, the status of the order was in question. The waitress comes back to say, that the wings I ordered was given to another table. Under normal circumstances, that would be understandable. But it was custom order.
